Found Twins Housecleaning (Jorge and Alicia) through recommendations on Angie's list a year ago and decided to give them a call. Upon arrival of their first visit for an estimate, they explained they liked to start with a "Deep Cleaning" first. However, it was just a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving and my home was in desperate need of some 'love and care... and much cleaning!' They agreed to come for an initial cleaning the week before Thanksgiving and then follow up with their "Deep Cleaning" the following visit. It was so nice returning home after their first visit and after the "Deep Clean" it was Awesome! They continue to come every other week and it continues to be a 'pleasant' surprise when I arrive home after a long day at the office. My home thanks them every time they visit!!! And so does my husband!

I have used Twin's House Cleaning for over 8 months. My first cleaning with them in February of this year was a deep cleaning. I have had my house cleaned by Twin's House Cleaning every other week since. They do a good and thorough job and encourage me to inform them know if something was missed or not up to my expectations. They work fast and hard and do a great job. They are also very pleasant to work with. I am happy with their work as evidenced my continued use of their service.

I am extremely happy with the job Twin's House Cleaning Service does. They have been cleaning my house for quite a while, but I still remember my delight when they finished the first cleaning. My house was literally sparkling clean! Alicia, Jorge and their team are by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. They are dependable and reliable. They always show up when scheduled, and have never missed an appointment. They do an awesome job. Very thorough, very consistent, excellent job! They have been very flexible when I've had a need to adjust my normally scheduled appointment. They are easy to get ahold of, and very responsive when I contact them.

We have been using Alicia & Jorge's housecleaning services bi-weekly for the past three years. We continue to be very satisfied with their reliability, professionalism, and customer service. We are very comfortable with having them in our home when we aren't home and believe they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They have always been very flexible when we needed to change our schedule temporarily and always ask in advance when they need to change theirs (usually to accommodate another customer!) We have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them to other customers.

The crew of two or three does an excellent job. The are quiet, efficient and thorough. It is always a joy to be in the clean and sparkling house right after they are done.

Placed request for quote through Angie's list on 10/5/2011. I received an e-mail 2 days later asking if the weekend (10/8 or 10/9) was okay and for my address for an estimate. I responded and let them know that anytime during the weekend was okay and I never heard back from them until 10/11/2011 at approximately noon asking when a good time would be today to come provide an estimate. In my opinion, not the way to run a business and certainly not the way to obtain customers. I would not recommend even requesting an estimate from this company, not worth the wasted time.

The first time I contacted this company, they did schedule an estimate and arrived on time. They sent me a contract to sign, which I wanted to modify to include that they would use cleaning products that I would provide. When I contacted them to discuss this, I received no reply.
Over a year later, I e-mailed this company from angieslist.com and received an e-mail from them that appeared to be automatically generated. I e-mailed them back suggesting a date and time for an estimate and received no reply.

"this report is incorrect and i can prove it to anyone with my emails record, FIRST: we received on 04/20/2008 and email from her requesting a house cleaning estimate SECOND: we reply back on04/20/2008 same day and give her a Date on 04/22/2008 to go to her house for a tour to her house and make note for the written estimate THIRD:we send the written estimate on 04/30/2008 by email FOURTH: WE DID NOT GET A RESPONSE on the estimate FIFTH: on 06/15/2008 she email us and say that she not be able to get back to us and if we still have the estimate if we can resend it one more time so we DID resend it on 06/15/2008 one more time and ask her if she agree with the estimate to let us know so we can schedule a date for the Initiation Cleaning SIXTH: WE DID NOT RECIVED A RESPONSE ONE MORE TIME SEVENTH; and on 06/12/2010 two years later you send us and email thru angie's list web page and saying that you will need a cleaning estimate. wow! so next day on 06/13/2010 we did send you and email and star all over again like we need to go and see your house and then writte the estimate then we will send you by email, and once again WE GET NO RESPONSE until now on 08/12/2011 a year later you make a very unfair report to us I can prove to anyone with my records and also we never ask our customers to sign a contract, we are very confident that our excelent job will keep our customers happy and let us continuos to serve their cleaning needs"

I have been using Alicia and her crew for about a year. They are incredibly thorough - I haven't ever had anyone who cleans more thoroughly. Their service is definitely on the expensive side, but I feel as though I am getting the value for my money. I have no doubt that if I were to compare the cleanliness of my home to that of my neighbors who use different services, mine would be cleaner.

We have been using them for over a year now. They charge us monthly. They have two to four people come out. They are great. They always clean tops of the pictures. They are very, very thorough and very professional. When they leave we have a very clean house. Their communication is also just great.

They now clean for me on a regular basis. I trust them implicitly and have continued to use them on a twice-a-month basis for my regular cleaning. They continue to take the same pride in their work as they did when I first used them. My previous housekeeper wanted the same regular rate they did and came nowhere close to performing as well.

They are so thorough, professional, and wonderful. If you want a good housecleaning company, I would recommend them. They are probably one of the few people I've ever used that are so thorough. I found them through Angie's List. They have done a fabulous job for us ever since.

They are very good. We spend $155 every two weeks and the initial cleaning was $1200. They literally take everything apart and clean it. They take lighting fixtures apart and fixtures off the wall. It?s really good and they take all day. It?s amazing. They are punctual. They are absolutely honest. I don?t worry about leaving anything out because I know that they are not going to bother it unless to move it to get underneath it. I have never had to worry about theft. They do an excellent job. They are very cordial and professional too. They are the only house keepers I have ever had that I don?t have something to complain about. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Alicia is wonderful. They come in your house and do a thorough cleaning the first time. They cost a lot but they are very good. They work really hard, they don't horse around. They get the job done and the do whatever you want them to do. The took the recyclables out and then I watched her and she cleaned out the garbage cans. They wipe down all the kitchen cabinets everytime, they get up and do the top of the refridgerator and I have shutters on every windows and they open them up and dust them all.

Initially, the cleaning was complete. As time went on, they started breaking items that were not replaced (so much for bonded & insured). They used a cleaning agent that ruined the finish on my bathtub and sink fixtures. The "comet" cleaning product left a residue at the bottom of the sinks. They used an abrasive scrubbing pad on my granite removing the polish around the fixtures. I specifically asked them to not use polish on my furniture which they continued to use. They did not completely clean mirrors, window sills, the kitchen sink, dust furniture and on one occasion forgot to clean the guest bathroom. The mop they used scraped up the base boards and did not completely clean the floors. We have several nicks in the paint on our textured walls. My mini blinds are ruined by the cleaning product they used removing the finish and leaving blue water spots on the mini blinds. They left lights on in the bathrooms when they left the house. I was told there would not be anyone in the house I did not know. On a few occasions, there was a lady in the house I had not met and did not speak English. When asked, I was told the person was a member of their church who helps them out when needed. I was not home during the cleaning service, but would "pop in" when possible, to see who was in my house. I had a suspicion the cleaning crew was not familiar with my house and therefore someone I did not know. They lost the key to the house reporting their nephews/nieces were playing with them during a family get together. I liked Alicia and Jorge and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I continued with their cleaning service. They wanted communication when their service was not up to the standard. I did call them and they returned the next day to clean the areas that were not cleaned. I left them notes when they returned for the next cleaning. As part of their fee for the cleaning service, it was their responsibility to go through the house and make sure it was cleaned to their business standard. Apparently, we have 2 different ideas of what is clean. They did me a favor by not showing up and saved me $165.00.

Jorge and Alicia came and went over each room. For their first visit, they suggested a deep cleaning and provided a very detailed proposal. I was initially hesitant; but agreed. They arrived with 2 additional staff and went to work. It was incredible to see they meant a "deep" cleaning. They moved the refrigerator, cleaned the artificial plants (leach leaf), took the curtains off the rods and cleaned the rods. It took a full day and at the end of that day, my home was cleaner than it's ever been and I'm an OCD cleaner. I previously used someone else and could no longer afford to go behind them and clean again. They provide their own cleaning products and towels. I hope to be with Jorge and Alicia for a long, long, LONG time and they are now on a twice a month schedule. They are professional, courteous, prompt, and detailed oriented. They get right to work. Making the phone call to Twins House Cleaning was the best phone call I've made.

Alicia and Jorge came out and gave me a bid for the deep clean, plus biweekly maintenance. They do a very thorough job, which was perfect for showing the house, but the price for the maintenance (during which time I was not going to be living in the house), was slightly higher than I would have liked to pay. At the end of the day, however, they are very honest, trustworthy and reliable people, and it was worth the extra money to know I could count on them. I think their work was integral to selling the house so quickly, and once my new house is unpacked, I plan to hire them again.

I had Alicia and Jorge to the house to look around and give me a bid. I received a bid for the deep cleaning, and then for options to clean weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. There was a discount on the deep clean if I agreed to sign up for the regular cleaning service. I received the estimate and agreed to bi-weekly cleaning following the deep clean. Alicia and Jorge were prompt and responsive. They were very friendly, and my children even mentioned when they left that they liked them. This is a professional service, and the price is a little hefty, but you definitely get what you pay for. I have never seen my house cleaner, and there was nothing that they missed on this deep clean. I have had deep cleans in the past on other homes, and none would compare to the thorough cleaning that was done by Alicia and Jorge.

I received an estimate for the service of $ 350-$425, with a continuing service of $160 per month. They may be worth the cost but I could not pay that amount. I asked that we keep the cost to $350 and I would have to think about the continuing service. I wanted to see what they did first. They refused and said the price was only if I had continuing service. So I told them I was not able to use them.

Jorge and Alicia were wonderful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. This house has never been so clean. The house had been neglected by previous tenants and some construction work was performed so there was a lot to be done to ready the house and I was under a tight turnaround to have the job completed. Jorge and Alicia explained that they were already booked for the week but would be willing to work nights in order for me to have the house ready for my new tenants. Because of the age of the house, the windows were constructed a certain way, as a result, their team spent an additional eight hours taking them apart and putting them together to get them clean. alicia called and explained the situation but did not charge me an additional fee and explained she would be willing to honor our contract. We, of course, paid her for the work that was performed but appreciated her willingness to honor the initial contract. As stated before, the house had never been so clean and I would highly recommend their team.

This husband and wife team came out to give us an estimate, and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said after seeing our house that they would provide a written estimate for us by e-mail. They never responded, even after I e-mailed them again to ask for their estimate. I know I had their correct e-mail (and they mine) because we made arrangements for the estimate over e-mail. I have the impression that our house was too modest (3,000 sq ft) for them to be bothered with.
