+ -1 moreMy wife attempted to get a refund or an exchange. The owner was a jerk and tried to belittle my wife in the store. Just to say, that didn't work out well for him, and he finally gave her 2 bundles of carnations instead of the roses.
Description of Work: Went 02/07/12 to buy roses, carnations, and baby breath flowers. The store had received a big shipment of flowers for the upcoming Valentine's day. I thought that the flowers were fresh and longlasting. Unfortunately, the white roses that I bought wilted badly within 24 hours. They never opened up. The carnations seemed okay and so did the baby breath flowers. Note: The store has a terrible return policy. They only accept flower exchanges within 12 hours. HEB, on the otherhand, gurantees freshness for five days. Lesson learned: quantity and price does not always lead to better quality and customer service. Service is slow. Only one person checks out flowers and wraps. The popuarlity of the store is due to price. There is no quality check when store has too many flowers coming in.
