Was a little late...tire blew, but didn't call and let me know. I wanted them to fix some grout issues, but they don't do that--disappointed. Done quickly. Had to pay a bit because I had more granite than in the deal.

Punctual & polite is the best. The worse is, didn?t do much good, not 100% satisfied.
My granite got a real good cleaning, but it didn?t help it any. Price was fine, he put a lot of elbow grease into it.

We were not exactly happy with it. It was not because they didn't do what we thought they were supposed to do but it was because Angie's List gave us information and we thought they were going to do something different than what they did. We told them we needed them to clean the inside of the dryer because it got feathers inside the dryer. All they did was dryer vent cleaning. They said that's all they could do. They couldn't do anything else. It was just a miscommunication kind of thing. They were fine as far as the work that they did. It was just not what we expected. They do not do the kind of work that we were asking them to do and we're asking Angie's List to do. They were great overall. They came shortly after the purchase.

Fantastic, would highly recommend them! The owner himself came out and did estimate. Very easy to work with, worked with my schedule and went above and beyond to make this a positive experience (let me drop off couches, helped load, stayed late so I could pick up after work). Very satisfied, couches look and smell great! Very reasonably priced, too :)

"Thank you for the feedback. "Stains" this is what makes us different than the rest, A stain will not come out if it comes out during cleaning you should not have to pay extra for stain removal. A stain is a stain and a spot will come out."

Average experience. Only one person. Have used previous companies that moved small furniture and placed the bed on risers and cleaned under the bed. This was not done this time. It seemed to be a good cleaning.

Great job! We have tried other companies and have decided to stay with Topaz (formerly named COIT) We used the 3 room plus hallway Angie's list special and added another room plus stain treatment. They deduct the 600 sq. ft, included with the deal and charge the difference. David was thorough and got the job done in much less time than it would have taken me to do it myself. Carpet looks great!

They arrived on time, completely explained the process and finished the work quickly. Although my countertops do not look like new, they do look better. The company representative explained to me upfront that it would not look brand new, so I can not fault them for this. Highly professional and informative. I'd hire them again.
