We were absolutely pleased with Tina Young. She is friendly, helpful, flexible, hard working, and patient. During the search, she set up an automatic search based on our parameters, checked in with us frequently, but also allowed us the time we needed to find a home we loved. Once we picked a home, she represented us 100%. We had a few bumps in the process and she dealt with them beautifully. She was always easy to stay in touch with, even when she went out of town. Tina has lived in San Antonio for many years and knows the homes and the market well. She even called her general contractor husband a few times when she didn't know the answer to a question we had about a home.
