Cristian did an amazing job remodeling my walk-in shower. Before starting he carefully protected my hardwood floors, covered the furniture with plastic, and sealed my clothes closet door to protect them from damage and dust. He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. We hired Cristian to replace outdated tile on our kitchen backsplash and surrounding the kitchen island, and he did a wonderful job. We are incredibly happy with the results. We had been putting of the project for several years because we had heard horror stories about how messy and inconvenient retiling projects are. Cristian made things as neat and stress-free as possible. He was very respectful of our home and did a thorough clean-up at the end of every day. He answered all our questions and offered good advice. We felt comfortable enough to leave the house and have him lock-up when he finished for the day. It's hard to find people you can trust to leave alone in your home these days. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. He was meticulous with his work and treated this project as if he was working on his own home. He also takes pride in his craft and doesn't rush through a job just to go on to the next. Even though my job was a small patch job on my backsplash, Cristian was extremely professional. He did a wonderful job patching the tile. He was need and cleaned up after he finished. I would highly recommend him for any tile work needed.

Christian did a fantastic job with our master shower remodel project. Christian is professional, very detailed oriented and communicates well during every step of the project. His expertise during the tear down and remodel of the shower was impressive. We had a pan leak and had to tear down the shower to the bare studs. With his eye for style and elegance, Christian helped us pick out the tile, granite and shower door to reflect the design of our home. I would highly recommend Tile and Marble Elite Design. Christian will also be assisting us with two additional home projects in the near future. Tearing down and replacing our fireplace and replacing all the tile in our kitchen.

Cristian did an excellent job in installing the porcelain tiles over the patio. He was meticulous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend his expertise. Cannot say enough great things about Tile & Marble Elite Design. Their work was impeccable and beautiful. Cristian impressed us from day one. He is highly communicative, honest, and has incredible attention to detail. There were delays in our installation due to the weather; our installation was outdoor tile. Cristian came to cover the area, move supplies out of the way while we waited for better weather, and checked in frequently schedule the next working day. Any other snags he encountered he handled with patience and determination. The final installation is excellent and shows his craftsmanship and expertise in the field. Cristian did an exceptional job. It was unlike any other tile work I have seen before. I didn't know him from Adam and called him out of the blue. To say he exceeded my expectations is an understatement. From his first call back to the final polish, he was one of the most professional, experienced, and considerate contractors I have ever used. The most impressive aspect of his work is behind the walls. I had water damage from a prior defective installation and we had to tear down to the bare studs on an exterior wall. He recommended a very premium insulation and waterproof backer board and now this room is the warmest and quietest in the house. All you hear is the ticking of the clock. He installed a beautiful marble-look porcelain tile with new plumbing fixtures. Lovely. The bathroom is like a spa now. He is precise and detail oriented, even to the special screws and associated gaskets, the grout, the caulk . Nothing was skimped. Plus, Cristian is the best communicator about the schedule and timetable so that you know precisely where you are in the process. He texts, he phones, he recaps. He is intelligent about his work. This was a Rolls Royce treatment in a South Texas suburb.
