I made an appointment the night before. Jeff came out the next day before 11AM. He was cordial and got the job done in about an hour. He also educated me about some A/C upkeep.

They have been great. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. I would use them again if needed.

Serviceman (Frank) was prompt. He started with both air-handlers in the attic. The coils were difficult to get to, but he still managed to inspect and vacuum. He tested the AC equipment and both compressors. What surprised me was that he washed out the fan and compressor boxes outside. I've never had a tech do that before. He provided a checklist for the AC inspection. Frank was quite nice and fully answered all my homeowner questions. Pricing is $89 for the first unit and $59 for the second unit. I used an Angie's List coupon and saved $20.

Came the same day I called and arrived right on time. Were running a special so saved me some money on the service call fee. Very polite serviceman, even put on surgical shoe covers to keep from tracking up my house. In, out, and problem fixed within an hour. Fair price and good warrenty on their work. They will be my "go to" AC guys from here on out!

Originally, my appointment was for Wednesday the 21st, from 12:00-4:00PM, but the technician never showed up. I called at around 3PM to find status and was told he would be at my place shortly. Found out later that he called my cellphone and said he would only come by after contacting me first. However, my cellphone was recharging in another room, and I never heard it ring. I contacted the company after 4pm, and they explained the call-first policy, and offered to come by 5 PM. But I had to leave so I re-scheduled for 27th after 4PM. This way I didn't have to take another afternoon off after work. Had I known the tech would call first and I needed to answer in order for him to come by, I would have been sure to be near the phone. They need to get away from the "12-4" window of arrival, give their customers a smaller window, say 1 hour. This would allow me to not spend all afternoon waiting for them to arrive. Also, explain the "call-first" policy better.

I contacted other companies that offer no cost estimates.

Dennis Mollgaard arrived on time and listened to all our concerns regarding what we wanted in a new HVAC system. Dennis then did a thorough inspection of what we currently have. He came up with a recommendation for us and explained it all to us. His bid was competitive with other bids we had received. We chose another provider who gave us a better warranty.

Prompt and very, very courteous. Placed drop cloths every day of work to protect the home, removed all construction debris. Accomplished a huge job in 3 ? days limiting the time our system was down. Definetly a team that wants to please the customer?they were the high bidder out of 3 but did come down to the middle bid with some negotiation. I would not hesitate to recommend Tiger Services to any of my friends.

We chose them because of their reviews and also because they were offering a coupon. They had some good reviews. They do heating and air conditioning system maintenance for us. They know what they are doing. We will renew the contract with them for this year.

Excellent communication concerning arrival time; prompt; efficient; polite. Good service as far as we know so far from the operation of our system. We signed an annual contract ($200), which made the price a little more reasonable than paying for a single service. We know of no reason not to use them again in the spring.

The installation guys did a speedy and professional job removing the old equipment and installing the new, high efficiency unit. It took some shoe-horning to get the larger, heavier inside unit into the available space. The workers were courteous and informative during the entire process. They did not leave until I was familiarized with the operation of the new equipment, including the digital, programmable thermostats. Great job! I was very satisfied with the end result. The new Lennox AC is much quieter than the older American Standard it replaced.

Everything was done very quickly - the whole system was replaced in a day. They were very professional and they did excellent work. The price was reasonable, as well. They also did nice follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the job.

This was not a cheap venture for us, at $17,000.00. But, Tiger Services was outstanding. We had been sleeping in the living room for 2 weeks, trying to work with our home warranty company. When we finally gave up on them, I checked Angies List, saw Tiger Services at the top and gave them a call. They came out that very day, on a Friday afternoon, and gave us an estimate. By Tuesday they were installing 2 brand new complete systems. They did one on Tuesday and the other on Wednesday. Outstanding professionalism, courtesy and hard work. I got everything I paid for, which is very rare these days. I would recommend them with complete confidence.

Their price was the best compared to other providers. They were responsive and punctual.

I have been relatively pleased with their service. However, it irritated me when I called their 24-hour service line and got a recording. You get a recording on the weekends and then they get back to you. I once left them 2 or 3 messages before I got a call back for a repair, but by that time I had hired another service provider. Even though they advertise 24-hour service it's really not. I will be switching to a different company.

A prior company had recommended replacement of compressor earlier in the day & had given me an estimate, and had left electrical components to condensor disconnected outside because Ihad said I was going to get another estimate, so that any other service person would know that the compressor was grounded & needed replaced, yet Tiger was going to charge $85 for reconnecting to tell me the same thing. Fortunately, upon talking with the manager, they honored a free estimate coupon from Angie's List. However, their estimate was $900 higher than my final repair price.

They are excellent. They were very good. I had called another company and that was a mistake. I called Tiger and that was perfect. They are very punctual.

Our A/C was running all the time and not cooling efficiently. We found water leaking out of the A/C unit closet and down the wall. We had 4 visits to fix the problem. The first repairman noted that the unit was frozen. He flushed and vacuum the drain line. He could not check the freon because the coils were iced over, so he would have to come back the next day. The first trip cost $115. The diagnostic fee was waived because we have a maintenance agreement. The next day, a different repairman came and checked the freon pressure. He added 4 lbs of freon and tried to check for leaks, but he didn't have the appropriate meter. He also changed the filter. This cost $250. He waived the trip fee because they hadn't finished the job from the previous day. The next week, another repairman came with the bigger meter. He added 3 more lbs of freon and found 2 leaks in the coils. He did not charge for the additional freon. This trip cost $133. We had spent $498 and we still had leaky coils. This system had been installed by Tiger 2 years before. The coils, which caused all these repairs, should not have been leaking after 2 years. My husband called Dennis, the owner, to express his concerns. Dennis explained that evap coils are not made as well as they should anymore, but that they can't control this. He did see our point that all these repairs (with the exception of the new filter) were caused by the coils that they sold us. The coils were still under warranty. He did not charge us for the installation cost to replace the old coils.

David was great. He inspected the system; determined the clog; flushed and cleaned the drain. He explained (very nicely) how proper maintenance could have avoided the situation. He made a couple of recommendations and was out within about 30 minutes.

Same day service was very much appreciated as we are in the middle of a record heat wave and drought. Tech was prompt, polite, and thoroughly professional. Recommended their annual maintenence service and needed insulation repairs, but suggested I wait until the off season when the rates would be lower.

We were very satisfied with their services. They helped us with the selection, rebates, and installation. They were on-schedule and completed the work on-time. For that type of cost it was a very good experience. You get what you pay for.

Sales person was very helpful in providing detailed information on both cost and tradeoff with technology to maximize cost, CPS rebate and stimulus tax rebate benefits. John and Juan showed up promptly and on schedule. It was a full day to replace outside unit and inside coils and blower in attic and tie into existing ductwork, which they replaced last year. Outstanding professionalism and workmanship. They cleaned up after themselves. They even swept my garage floor clean. I heartily recommend Tiger Services for Air Conditioning work. I have another A/C system which I will replace next year to use the rebate and tax benefits. I will select Tiger for that job.
