The Barton Co Carpets

I originally spoke with Armando and he was incredible from start to finish.  He was very detailed and explained everything.  He gave me several choices, catered to my needs and what I was trying to accomplish and was not pushy.  Besides having the best price from three companies I spoke with the customer service was incredible!  The installers arrived on time for installation and did a great job.  I would definitly recommend and use for future projects.

He was on hands on from the time I first called him to look at the products and discuss what they had right through when you know I was all finished and told him that I was satisfied and didn't want anything else from him. It was kind of a surprise that the way they lifted say put some wooden threshold in at couple of transition points and he said it weren't enough to their standard had the guys that had done the work come back out and redo them completely. I was just very happy with them. The installers sometimes the guys that are doing the installation work you know be almost uncaring and abrupt. You know these guys were just really really good you know as a team of three young man you know doing their work and doing all that, but they were almost solicitive of me about you know how I wanted to stuff the moved, where I wanted it and where was this before we started, you know they were really concerned to protect the new floor so they asked me to get the things to put on the chair legs and all of that and they installed them. I was very pleased with them.

I had tried to get Lowe's Home improvement to install a ceramic tile floor in my upstairs bathroom before the Thankgiving holiday since we planned on having out of town family to visit. . The Lowe's estimator had nickel and dimed the project and had given me a ridiculous price of $1150.00 dollars just for the tile and installation plus an additional $375.for the purchase and installation of a new commode in the bathroom. I did not accept that price and searched on Angie's list for a contractor. After reviewing on the list I used Barton Flooring and contacted them, They gave me a price of 725.00 for the entire project and they said they would install a new commode that I was to supply them and they would dispose of the old one as par of the job. My wife and I went to a tile showroom and selected the tile. and proceeded to contact Valerie as to our selection. The work was scheduled and everyone showed up on time and proceeded with the work.Unfortunately the tile installed did not install  the tile to mine and my wife's satisfaction as the seams moved on him and they were very irregular through out the bathroom. As I said before, the bathroom is only 70 sq. ft. but it has 3 doors (2 entry and 1 closet) and requires adjusting and cutting on many tiles. When they were finished we talked to Valerie and told her of our disappointment with the installation. Valerie came out to the house and looked at the work and agreed that it was substandard and gave us an option. She stated that Barton would replace the floor in it's entirety at no cost to us and that their main goal was customer satisfaction. We accepted the offer and they rescheduled the work. Barton sent out a different crew and they removed the ceramic floor, re-leveled the underfloor and installed and sealed the new floor in 2 days. The new floor looks wonderful and we are very happy to Valerie for her assistance. Barton made sure that we were happy and satisfied with their work and proved it. I highly recommend them as they place the customer satisfaction and their nr. 1 priority.They also did the work for 40% less than Lowe's and completed all work before the Holidays when we were having the family over.

Terrible! I called Barton to see if I could obtain an estimate for several small projects; I was transfered to three different representatives; when the third rep placed me on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up!

I feel the price was more than fair and the work performed was very good. Jimmie was responsive to all my inquiries and very friendly. The installers showed up at the scheduled time and did a very good job.

Barton's tile work is FANTASTIC, the technicians are first rate, they clean up after themselves.  I rate this company a B because of their AFTER Sales Service.  The person that came to my home to provide the estimate and write up the work order did not find it necessary to inspect the work of his staff he did not see the need I disagree.  I am in the medical community and if I performed a procedure on a patient, the patient and their family would expect me to round on the patient to ensure all went as expected.
I don't want to do business with a company who does  not care enough to come and visit the site to ensure the customer is happy with the work and the work is up to the standard of the business' reputation.

I has used this company before I used Angie's list. I found that both times there service is outstanding.? They were on time, always was called back to let me that they would be there. The workers are the best and worked from the the time they started till they were done. They left everything just as clean as before they started.? The salesman was great and no matter which one I used its always great service.? I would recommend that others use there service. I look forward to more projects and they will be the first that I call.

They did a great job especially Valerie who came out to the house and gave suggestions on our flooring. She helped us with the selection of carpet and the guys who came to install it were very prompt. They did a really good job and were quick. They cleaned up after themselves well.

Kieth was the salesman and stayed on top of the job, all the workers did a great job.

Anthony and Eddie arrived when expected and expertly  and very quickly installed the carpet..   They were as quiet as they could be, were very professional,  and did a wonderful job.  Because all of my dogs lived to be 12-16 years old ( I do not think the one I have now will be an exception), I am well experienced in carpet mishaps.  Keith suggested Magic Fresh carpet (after hearing of my recent challenges with a now deceased Dalmatian) with a spill-guard pad which seems to be the perfect solution for any future problems.  I had not heard of this product and was very happy that he suggested it.  

They did a much bigger and professional job.? They were very nice and took their time to do a little job in my house.? They were very nice, honest and professional.? They were very friendly.? They quality of their work was very good.? ?I have a dog that messes up the carpet and out of many times that it's been repaired, they did the best.? I have probably gone to three or four different carpet people.? If my dog messes up again, I will be calling them.? I used them this April.? It was a good deal.

I highly recommend them. We are happy with what they did for us. They did a great job.

I found them on Angie?s List.? I know the people who own The Barton Co. Carpets I called him and he got me in touch with a floor tiles guy who worked for him as subcontractor.? They are really good people.? They are one of the best people over there.? They are quick to respond.? They are very professional and helpful.? They are top grade people to work with.? I would use them again if need be.

They do a great job. The work was outstanding because they were able to come out there and be able to do the consultation. They were able to take all the measurements. They went ahead and cleaned the area so that way they wouldn?t have any issues with it later on. There weren?t any damages when they went and laid down the carpet. Everything looked very good and they did a good job. I?ve actually used them multiple times.

From the moment we walked into the store and initial discussions with Mr Olazabal, through his visit to our home and several telephone calls, we knew we had made the right choice with Barton.  The installation itself went smoothly with a great work crew that did three rooms downstairs and the staircase.  Mr Olazabal was absolutely correct; the seam where the old and new carpet abut is scarcely visible.  In the meantime, we're enjoying our new carpet AND the savings we realized acting on Barton's sensible, realistic advice concerning our real needs.
      I give this company my full, enthusiastic recommendation.

The carpet installation was the last step in resolving a plumbing disaster at my son's house. Robert estimated the job, showed me where we could save a few dollars and then gave me an estimate electronically. A month after agreeing to the terms his crew came over and completed the job. They were clean, and paiid attention to detail. They made sure the sub-floor was clean before installing new pad. They glued down the new pad. the carpet was expertly trimmed and seamed. This was especially crucial at the thresholds to bedroom areas that were not getting new carpet. They moved all the furniture back into place exactly where i wanted. I felt there was good value for my money.

They came out to do the estimate and were very punctual I showed them what I need done and he gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I even asked about two other areas and instead of pressuring me to get it done he recommended that I should wait it wasn't necessary yet. I liked the fact that he was not trying to get my money. The 2 man crew that showed up was courteous and went right to work they asked me to show them the areas and got on it immediately. As I watched them they didn't just do the minimal work they actually in my opinion did more than they should of. Paying was easy they charged my CC a deposit of 1/2 two days prior to the work then after the work was done they charged it then sent by mail all the follow on paperwork. I will definitely use them again for any more work that I may need.

Selected Barton Company Carpets?because of Angies List reviews. Robert set up appointment over the phone but said Vallerie would work with us when we came in on Sat.? She listened instead of trying to sell us, showed us exactly what we asked for, then we asked for her suggestions.? She was very knowledgeable, much more interested in what we wanted, more of a consultant than a sales person.??She made a couple solid recommendations, gave us a large sample for us to see in our home and gave us a price estimate well within our budget.? Monday we called and placed the order and set the appointment for the install.? Installers were prompt, clean, courteous and very professional.? The entire?installation was under 4 hours.? We are extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish and strongly recommend this company.

Outstanding.  When they started on the first bathroom they discovered a damaged underfloor due to a previous leak.  Robert, Barton Co, recommended  a company to repair the floor.  They responded the next day and did an excellent repair for a very good price which allowed the project to be completed.  This is the third project Barton Co. has done for us and we will definitely use them again.  Robert Guerra has been our point of contact for all three projects and is very easy to work with. 

I picked Barton because of their excellent Angie's List reviews.  The reviewers were right!  I called and spoke with Keith.  He was eager to help me.  They had a "hot deal" on their website for a carpet & pad install and I inquired about that.  I was given an immediate estimate and the only thing left to do was for me to pick out a color.  No one pushed me to upgrade from their web deal.  I picked the color on Wednesday and they installed the carpet on Friday.  Everyone I dealt with, including the installers, were friendly and eager to help, without being pushy.  The install was very professional and the installers swept and cleaned up after themselves.  I was able to get tack strip, pad, carpet, transition strip & installation for less than what the materials only would have cost me at the big box store.    

They were excellent. The salesperson was knowledgeable and efficient and helpful. ?We were able to take samples to help us decide. ?The installers were prompt and professional. ?They moved our furniture and replaced it. ?They treated the furniture with care, as well as our home. ?

      I was buying a floor for only one small room and I was treated as if I was buying flooring for an entire housing development.
