Chip from Texas Tubs & Spas was punctual, courteous, and quickly took our tub disaster and made it one dream Jacuzzi.

He was the only tub repairman who understood the mechanical functioning of the motor and other components underneath the tub.  In only two hours he was able to get the whirlpool jets functioning and our tub is now the best Jacuzzi we have ever had!

Great. Same day service. Hot tub sat for over 12 months and was filthy. Performed acid scrub, repaired it to pristine condition, provided loaner top, and assisted with instruction on routine care of hot tub. Very professional service- zero complaints and will absolutely use again.

I asked the cost for moving a 6 person hot tub from one location in my yard to a very difficult place (up flagstone steps and around 3 foot walls next to my existing deck/patio. Chip responded that day to view the area and provided a price for the move. I personally didn't think they could do it without damaging the hot tub and or something else in the yard. Chip came out and said they had years of experience and didn't see a problem. Then I asked the price... He said for the move and the check out of the tube would be $350. That would not include parts for anything that needed to be repaired which was the other issue with the tub. The tub had not been on for 1 year because I believed the heater was not working. $350 was a great price considering others were quoting much higher just for the move.
To my surprise... the years of experience definitely was evident during the move. They treated all aspects of my property with care as if it were their own. Once in place the tub was filled and within 15 minutes Chip figured the problem was due to a motor not working. He provided a price and said it would need to be ordered. 1 week later he called and scheduled the replacement for a Wed and we didn't need to be at the house. Wed came but not Chip from what I could tell. The reason was he had come earlier on Tues to repair the tub. That evening the tub was nice and hot. I had explained to Chip the tub was essential due to my back problems getting progressively worse. He knew I was a disabled vet in need of my hot tub and he made things happen. I truly appreciate his responsiveness, care and integrity. Unless something really goes wrong with this company, I am a customer for life.
As for any Don't s Don't call anyone else until you give these folks a fair shot.

Texas Tubs and Spa Co. is a family owned business and it shows by the personal care they give. They were a delight to deal with.

I had put off repairing my hot tub, unsure of how expensive it would be. The company was able to have someone out the day after I called and I was pleasantly surprised that it was an inexpensive fix. Service was prompt and courteous and I would definitely use their services again.

This company is wonderful! I had been using the manufacturer who sold me the spa. They were unresponsive and expensive and I needed frequent part replacement. Texas, Tub and Spa was quick to respond. I had a problem with the control panel not working. The repairman, who I believe was the owner, showed me that if I fiddled with it, it would work and did not need replaced. That was money in my pocket. Next I showed him the blower was broken and I had bought a new blower, but had been unable to do replacement. He explained I had purchased the wrong blower. He said he would order the correct blower and SWAP ME! I was not out the money I had spent for the wrong blower who could no longer be returned. The gentleman told me they had been in business for 30 years and could work on any spa. I certainly found that to be true for my Morgan!

If you have a spa or tub and have any issues at all Randy at Texas Tub and Spa is the guy to call. This is the only hot tub we have ever had and the only company we have ever dealt with. We are happy. We have had issues with the tub itself but Randy has been taking care of those issues for free.

The heater needed to be fixed, and a slow leak needed to be stopped. Another dealer (from whom we bought the spa) said that they could not find the necessary parts to fix the heater and that the leak would be too expensive/difficult to fix. TTS said they could easily fix the heater but not the leak, so they recommended that we give them the spa and buy another (new or refurbished) from them. At this date we have not replaced the spa nor fixed the heater. We felt that the Rep from TTS was more interested in selling us a new spa and taking our current spa 'free of charge' (no doubt to sell to another client wanting his spa fixed).

I thought it went very well since he came and did the work good and in a timely manner.

I like them and I have used them often. They have always been very professional, reasonable and they have done everything to they could to help us out.

WHILE THERE WAS A TWO WEEK WAIT FOR A TECHNICIAN, HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT AT A CONVENIENT TIME FOR US (ON A SATURDAY). HE HAD THE NECESSARY PARTS AND EQUIPMENT TO REPAIR OUR SPA.
