Overall the painting of the interior walls was satisfactory. The owner of the company, Will Hereford had led us to believe that the painting of the celings would give it a smoother finish. Although we weren't thrilled, we felt that it was the best that could be done. UNTIL the ceiling started to peel, crack and fall. Will failed to provide the repairs as stated in the 2 year warranty provided in the contract. This resulted in a small claims filing. We appeared in County court precinct 3 on August 28, 2024 and we were awarded $2,139.00. Will Hereford has not paid and has failed to return any of my calls.

My 50yo house showed a lot of damage and neglected, especially in the cedar siding. The crew from Texas Paint Brush were meticulous in addressing all the repairs the old cedar needed. Henry, the crew supervisor, was easy to work with, and offered suggestions and advice on paint colors. The whole crew did really good work on a difficult job. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

The painters were great. They replaced rotten boards and you can’t see the patches. They walked the house daily with me. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone.

we wanted our house painted. After meeting with several contractors, we chose Will with Texas Paint Brush and we could not be happier. Will was professional in his assessment, recommendations and project estimate. We met with the color consultant and her assistance and recommendations were most helpful. The project started on time, Will was there to introduce us to Alvin, the project foreman. The crew was very professional and hard working. They showed up when they said they would and when we had questions Alvin was there to answer them. After the project was completed Alvin conducted a detailed walk thru with us and addressed questions in a professional manor. We could not be more pleased with the project, Will, Alvin or Texas Paint Brush. We feel very lucky to have found Will and his company. If you have a painting project call Texas Paint Brush you will not regret it.

Will was great to work with and also worked with my schedule when we needed to meet. Cameron did a fantastic job and even painted different scenarios to help us decide the final look.

Will and Katie, owners of Texas Paint Brush, are a delight to work with. Honest, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. Katie helped me choose colors for my kitchen. Had I gone with what I was thinking, I would not have been as happy as I am today. I have a good eye, but she has a better eye. We were going to have them stain and refinish the cabinets. Will told me the truth about how it would turn out. Not perfect because they had been severely water damaged. So glad he was frank with me. Painting them was the right thing to do, and they are gorgeous. The crew he contracted with was amazing. Henry, the supervisor really wanted me to be happy. (And just so you know, I am a perfectionist who can drive myself and others crazy.) He was patient and responsive. I got three estimates before deciding. I liked Will the best and was afraid he would be the highest. The second bidder never returned an estimate. Too much work, I guess. The first representative would nickel and dime me for color changes, charge extra to do closets, and came in $6000 higher. I was so delighted to award the contract to Texas Paint Brush!! I canâ t say enough about Will, Katie, Henry and his crew. They were each a Godsend-literally! One of the perks is what Will said to me at the end. He knows that carpet layers and movers may ding walls and nick trim. Also paint takes time to cure. The team will be back in a month to touch up anything that is not quite right. That gives me peace as this move proceeds.

They helped us to paint the house exterior. The crew arrivals on time and the project was done beautifully .

It was a lot of work in a short time. We pointed out places that were missed and they were corrected. Painter kept us waiting for hours on the final day because he overslept. We had to find and provide materials to get contracted items finished. Work on the chimney was not done/necessary and the company was upset that I didn’t pay for it anyway.

We used the Neighborhood app and Angieâ s List to get estimates. Although Will was not the lowest bid, we went with him as he exuded sincerity and honesty. Will (owner) came out and listened to us about our project and what we wanted to accomplish. He gave us great feedback and made recommendations about how we could achieve our goal and also save some money. He picked his crew of Randy Z. and Randyâ s wife for our painting team. When we met them, we were impressed and pleasantly surprised how personable they were. In fact, we liked them and their work so much that we told Will we wanted them on our inside painting job! As mentioned, we will be using them on our next project. We highly recommend Texas Paint Brush.

The entire process was professional and well communicated. They repaired areas of rot and damage in a cost effective manner and the end product is beautiful! I couldnâ t be more pleased with the quality of the exterior paint job. My older home has been given life again!

The entire crew was very respectful and very polite! Two specific crew members stood out to us, Alex and Pedro! Not only did they work hard, they had good attention to detail. The two of them went above and beyond to clean up some paint that I personally spilled by mistake.

It was great working with this company as their staff was prompt and professional, and provided excellent customer service.
