I rely on Texas Home Security Alarm Systems - ADT Authorized. They've been wonderful for me.I would give them an A.

Everything is great - have had no issues with the level of service and or problems with the system.

There is not a lot of reason to interact with them but they are pretty responsive when we have an issue and the customer service is good.

When I have a problem, I just call their 1-800 number and they get in touch with whoever is the closest. Sometimes I guess people sell their business or just get out of it so I usually just call their 1-800 because I have had to call them like a couple or three times. I have to call them now, because the keypad has worn out and I will have to get a new key pad. I just haven't had the chance to give them a call. I haven't had a bad experience with them. I had the whole house done for $99 because they were doing things in the neighborhood and wanted to have an example, so I got my windows and doors alarmed, got backup battery inside and motion detectors, all for $99. Of course, there is a monthly fee and it has gone up a little bit but still I have never had any problems at all. The only problem I have is that I was told by the police that they don't answer regular alarm calls, that is low on their list and that is what I understood now. If you press the emergency button, they have to come as soon as possible but if just a regular burglar alarm is called in for a house, that is low on their list. If you press the panic button, they have to come out as soon as possible and that happened to me a couple of times with the little key control that I had, like your car. Unfortunately, it was in my pocket and it pressed the panic alarm and they were here within six or eight minutes, so it works. Technicians from ADT have come to the house when I have called, about maybe one or two times over the last fifteen to twenty years and I have been very satisfied with them. I don't see any reason to switch over. I have had many people to call me but I have no reason to switch over.
