Two service men claimed that I did NOT have carpenter ants. I have talked to the manager several times and he promised a refund, which has never been received

Terminix International Company has been doing this for a decade and a half. And we have had very few problems with them. Their personnel have been polite and professional. Our house has remained insect free, for most of that time. As with other regular services we have, their performance tends to vary with the people who do the work. We are still generally happy with the job they have done.

I thought they did a reasonable job and were pretty professional. They had a good attitude. Over a period of time insects would show up now and again, but after every appointment, they would be gone again.

Their work was all right but could have been better. I was satisfied with them I guess, but I would have to say they are not the best in their business. I would just say shop around to see who does the best work in pest control before you just go with anyone. I know I will be looking for a new exterminator.

We were referred to this company and have used them since. They did a very good check from what I could tell and we felt comfortable with the results of it. The man was respectful of my home and very nice to speak with. We agree with the service and are pleased dealing with the company.

We have no complaints about the job Terminix has done for us. The termites have disappeared, since calling them. The people they send have very good behavior, when at our house, and so far they have not been late. Usually we have the same technician, so he knows the areas that need the applications the most. Doing this only once a year is not too much of an imposition for us, to keep our house free of termites.

We have been living in this house for thirty five years, and we have been loyal to Terminix for thirty years. They were one of the first companies we did business with after we moved in. They are always on time, well behaved and the bugs do not survive very long with quarterly applications. We will stick with Terminix until we sell the house.

Terminix is a very good company. I have been using them for a very long time. I am always pleased with the quality of work that I receive from Terminix. Once they spray for the termites, I do not see any again until I am due for another treatment. Even then, I do not see that many. Every time I am scheduled for them to come out, they are right here. They have never cancelled on me or showed up late. I feel very comfortable using them and will continue to do so for years to come. The pricing is not bad either. I pay them yearly and I feel it is pretty cheap.

Terminix was fine because they kept the bugs down. I think they are too expensive. They are dependable, prompt and courteous and know what they re doing. They are very good at returning your phone calls, so I believe they re a fine company.

I have ants pretty bad & Terminix has always done a good job at keeping them away. I still see a few ants here & there only because I do not keep up with switching my traps around. Terminix had told me to change the traps frequently & I don't. I cannot say enough about this company. They are very great people; they are always nice & friendly when they come. I have no complaints with them at all.

We have twenty four bait stations around our home and every three months a service man from Terminix comes to inspect them. The stations have expandable strips installed in them to show signs of termites. If there are termites present then the strips are replaced with poisonous strips to kill the start of termites. The property is surrounded by a game fence, which requires someone to open the gate when they arrive. They are great to keep to their schedule and we are pleased with their cooperation around our home.

Two months ago Terminix came in and sprayed for cockroaches. And they started to reappear over just a few days. When they came back they just laid down traps. It's not working. They usually come out monthly when we call them, but they aren't very good about returning our calls quickly. Their service is not very good. The first time the guy came in and started spraying he was wearing a mask. No one offered me a mask and they didn't ask me to remove my seven-month-old baby, but told me afterward that I should have.

I really like the people from Terminix; they call the day before they come to do there monthly spraying. They are great to make everything extinct in and around our home. I have used this company for many years and they do them all, they spray for everything. Terminix keeps the termites and pests away for a very reasonable price, so we will continue to use their professional service.

Terminix was not the company I thought it was. When I initially hired them, I had a two year contract with them. I then developed an ant problem. They came to my home about five times and they still couldn't get the problem solved. They acted unprofessional about the situation, so I finally fired them.

I am not very pleased with the work Terminix did for our problem with wasps. I paid them a lot of money. The wasps were coming from the ground they said, they sealed some bricks around our house and sprayed for wasps. This did not fix the problem, so we had to call them back twice more and it seemed like they never listened to us when we asked them to spray around our storage shed as well. The problem persisted and we feel they never finished the job properly.

Terminix did an okay job. The people were not very friendly. The price was quite high. They were only out here for about an hour. I would not use them again. I didn't feel comfortable having them here. I use Terminex because Rick who is a great guy that used to work for them and now he has his own company, but doesn't have his termite treatment license. So if Rick can get his license, I won't use Terminex after our contract expires. If Rick doesn't get his license, I will use Terminex again. The cost of the termite maintenance is two hundred dollars per year.

Terminix does an okay job. We have them come out four times a year to spray. The last time they came, they were on time. I told them not to put holes in my yard in a certain area because of the sprinkler system, but they did it anyway. Now there is a hole in the sprinkler system, but they have been making up the mistake. No one is perfect. They did a good job with the spraying, though.

I haven't seen any termites, but I think that they should do more than just inspect, so I'm not going to keep them. They come and use a flashlight, and look around inside and outside, though they've never gone into the attic. I keep telling them to spray more, but they've said it isn't necessary.

I don't always see the Terminix man when he comes, but consider the company to be quite professional, although their annual price seems somewhat high. They only work outside and we ve seen no termites in between visits.

Terminix did a great job of getting rid of my ants. They showed up on time and were very nice and polite. I was impressed on how fast the ants disappeared. I use them six times a year and I have never had any problems with them. They stand behind their work as they will come back if there is a problem.

The technician returned my call and followed up with an estimate for treatment of bugs. His prices were a high, but he explained if I pay on a yearly agreement, he would come out as often as I needed him to, and he offered a work guarantee. I agreed to the one thousand dollars per year agreement and the treatment was scheduled. He was right on time and was very thorough spraying and got rid of all the bugs. He did a real good job and was polite and considerate.

Their technician came to our house three days after initially contacting them. He immediately asked where we saw the insects, so he could concentrate on the source of the problem. The extermination process took about an hour and fifteen minutes. We have not seen any ants since this was done. He was polite, professional and efficient.

We used to have Terminix do all our bug treatments, but now we only use them for termites. This is because they wouldn't call ahead of time, they raised their prices and they don't offer as good service as they used to. They wanted $140 to come each time to inspect for bugs and we found another company that does it for half that.

I am not at all happy with Terminix. They bought out my old pest control company, and ever since, the service has been sub par at best. They won't work around my schedule, so the inside was never treated. The hornets are back, and the ants are coming back. They would not do anything in the back because of my dog, even though he was left tied up well away from the house. Terminix turned out to be a great disappointment.
