Temperature Controlled was established 1975 by Clyde Washington. Mr. Washington has a certified degree in Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heating from the Utilities Engineering Institute, obtained on the 15th of October of 1965. Before starting his own business, Mr. Washington worked with other AC and heating companies from 1965-1975, then starting Temperature Controlled on his own. Now after almost 30 years of quality service, Temperature Controlled has become one of the best in the area!
