After contacting them initially, they were very responsive. He went out to the property and quickly got back to me with an estimate. The estimate he gave me was very good. We scheduled for him to come out to do the work on Thursday. The day before, Wednesday, I contacted the company because I thought of something that I needed to let the contractor know that might affect the cost of the service and to verify that he was going to meet me and my business partner at the property the next morning. When I spoke to him on Wednesday he confirmed to me that he would be there. I also called him on Thursday morning at 9:37 to verify he would be there since I had a 40 minute drive to the property. Thursday came and my partner and I were waiting for him to show up for the scheduled appointment of 10:30, at 11 he still hadn't shown. We both tried calling him but got no answer. My partner waited until noon and still no show or call from this contractor.
