Superb Builders, LLC

I hired this company due to a loss caused by hail damage. They were to replace my roof, gutters, siding, garage door, and the trim around the garage door. However, They treated my project like a side job, and mostly working on weekends. They tried to put new roof flashing over old, until I brought up the issue w with Adrian Vasquez who supposedly owns the company. It took a week to finally correct the issue. His workers had no supervision, and Adrian hardly ever came around except times to collect money. They used one of my lawn chairs as a latter and had paint all over it. They burned one of my outdoor outlets. Overspray on my brick walls. They did not install moisture barrier behind the new siding, and I found that out about a week after it started coming undone, though they repaired the siding that was falling off, but no moisture barrier. To this day he has not installed my garage door, or the trim around it. He took the money and ran. I've text him, called him and Emailed him, and he has not responded at all. I reported him to the Better Business Bureau, and will take it from there. Beware a scammer.

Jeremy and his team took great care of my house in a timely manner and within budget. Will only be using Jeremy for all my properties from here on out. Thanks Guys
