"Your countertops were sealed the day we installed them on January 22nd. You contacted us June 8th to say there was a problem with the finish on your countertops. Greg called you back several times. Then we responded to an additional email on June 22nd to explain how you could clean them. You then responded "Just can't get it off with Simple Green cleaner or vinegar. It's like it's peeling" We explained to you that Vinegar is the number one product that can damage or ruin your countertops because of it's high acidity. We also told you that you needed to stop using it immediately. We never heard back, and then you left this review. We have worked with you from the beginning to meet your deadlines and answer all of your questions. We installed your countertops within 10 days of measuring them. You even emailed us stating that "It looks great" seven days after our completed install. You decided to call us five months later after you've mistreated your countertops, and then leave us a review like this. We have not scammed you in any way. We have completed everything that you purchased in a thorough and quick manner. We cannot guarantee your negligence. Every customer is informed that you cannot use acidic products on granite countertops, and that no sealer can prevent this damage. It is not a scam on our part that you chose to ignore this information."
"Customers are given a two hour window for arrival for these appointments, and the owner, Shawn Baumler, arrived twenty minutes into the two hours. The estimate was sent to the customer on May 14th, the morning after the appointment on May 13th. A follow up voice-message was left to ensure the customer received the estimate on May 15th. No phone calls have been received from this customer to communicate that they did not receive our estimate or that they have tried to contact us since the appointment. Angie's List does not require providers to offer deals. This is something our company does completely voluntarily."
