Our car was damaged from the hail storm a few months ago. I found Sterling Autobody on Angie's List - I'll only use services of those with favorable ratings on Angie's List. After the initial insurance adjuster assessment, Sterling did the work. I only paid the deductable of $500 for a $6,000+ job. The work took a little longer than planned due to a shortage of parts that had to be ordered. Becuse so many cars in San Antonio were damaged from the hail storm, parts were in high demand. Even with the extended time and my insurance company only covering the rental car for 30 days, Sterling covered the rental car for the additional days - 2 weeks. I was very imressed with this. Everyone at Sterling Autobody I dealt with were professional. I will use and recommend Sterling for any body work that needs to be done.

They were professional and responsive. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.
