They arrived on time for the first visit. The second visit, they arrived several hours late. Granted, the second visit was prior to Christmas and they were very busy.

This was a very good experience. Both Mike and Armando were professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Even though they new this was an older carpet, they took their time and did an excellent job. This was easily a much better job than I could have done and well worth the cost.

I made an appointment on-line which got me a 10% discount. When the crew arrived they were very personable, explained what they were going to do. I asked them not to move a couple of pieces which are very delicate so they cleaned around them but close enough to get as much clean as possible. I am in awe. My carpeting from training a couple of dogs was embarrassing but they got it completely clean. I was stunned at how good it came out. I had not intended to get the protectant but it looks SO good that I decided it would be worth it. I thought I was going to have to get new carpeting but I think it's good for a while yet. I am a true believer now. This is the company for me!

Stanly Steemer always does wonderful work for me when they clean my carpet. I think they offer really great specials. They always seem to have good employees working for them and they really uphold their name.

I like Stanley Steemer a lot because they also give really good discounts. I like having them do the work because they are very detailed and I never have to go behind them to question the quality of their work.

Gave estimate on phone, arrived as arranged, discussed project prior to cleaning, and left house clean. Although they warned me all animal stains might not come out, most of them did. I was very pleased.

For the carpets they gave me a 3 hour window of when they would be here. They did not show up. When I called they said they had not dispatched anyone so I canceled the carpet service. I later called them back in regards to cleaning the tile. They showed up two hours late, and I was not happy with the work. One of the bathrooms looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. I will not use them again.

Fine. I especially liked being able to arrange it all on the Internet. They did give me the usual carpet cleaner lectures about what not to do etc. but it was pretty informative.

The person who took the order sounded rushed and impatient. The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job.

Two man crew arrived on time. After walk through, set up equipment including a temporary sealer around front door to minimize exchange of interior a/c air with outdoor air. Asked if we wanted to apply stain protection and did not try a "hard sell" when we said, "No". Completed job without break and made sure we were satisfied before preparing to leave. Price charged was price quoted when we contacted the company. Briefed us on how long to let carpet dry.

The two servicemen showed up at the time promised and were very professional and hard working. The carpet looks great. We were so impressed that we signed a year's contract with them. We will probably used them to clean and re-seal the grout in the tile floors and also do some upholstery cleaning.

The two technicians who came to my home were on time and very professional. They introduced themselves and asked for an orientation as to what I wanted done and which rooms, etc. Then they set to work promptly and took a lot of time to ensure they did a good job. After they finished, everything looked so good I wondered why I waited 10 years to have my carpets professionally cleaned. It made a world of difference in the look of my rugs.

Employees were professional, punctual, courteous and worked efficiently. Services were reasonably priced, results were excellent considering age of carpet, and I liked the convenience of scheduling appointment on-line.

Wasn't too impressed. I thought going with a larger company would be better but they gave a 2 hour window which the techs would arrive. They arrived within the window. The techs cleaned the carpet but the price was well over the estimated cost plus they did a protectant on the rug that never worked. Stains reappeared later in the month. The carpet was cleaner but not as I was hoping.

Arrived within scheduled window. Were courteous. Finished in expected time. Carpet cleaned in afternoon and dried by morning.

We were very pleased with the entire service. The technicians were on-time, courteous, NOT pushy, and reviewed everything with us before and after the service. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Stanley Steamer a few times now to clean our carpets and they do a very nice job. The two people who came in December were on time and did our six carpets in a few hours very efficiently. The carpets were not that dirty but they always make sure our heavy traffic areas look as nice as the rest of the carpets. The carpets dried quickly as they were almost dry when the service people left our house.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did a great job for the most part. I really loved the cleanliness of my carpets when they were done. The carpets smelled great and you can really see the difference. The one problem that I did have was they were having their hoses going upstairs and it ended up banging up our railing but after I said something they put guards up.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did not provide good service. I was not very happy with these people when they came out. They didn't even do the whole rooms. They measured them and said they were too big, and I would have to pay more. I told them no, so they only did part of them.

We were quite satisfied with the work Stanley Steamer did. It took them about an hour to complete the job. They moved all our furniture and replaced it, as well as thoroughly cleaned all high traffic areas. In addition, they pulled up all the stains. The carpets dried within 24 hours.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner did a good job on my carpet. They were able to remove all of the stains and my carpets also dried quickly. They made sure that they didn't leave any film on my carpet and didn't mark up my wood work. I felt that the employees were very nice and polite.

When they were done, the floors and furniture dried quickly. They were able to get the stains out of the carpet. They were helpful with moving my furniture around. The only downfall was I felt that they could have done better on the couch and furniture.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner is excellent. They did a great job. The guys that came out were very nice. Our carpet looks almost brand new. We were very happy with the job they did for us. They come out three times a year; we have contract with them.

They did beautiful work cleaning our carpet. It looked new when they finished. They were very professional in what they did and were polite in their manner. The price was very reasonable.

What really stands out about this company is they truly respected my entire home while working. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and they didn't damage a thing. They were able to get all the stains up. I have used them in the past several times and they have always done a great job for us.
