Technician arrived promptly at 8 a.m., explained the process and then got right to work. Technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Mosquito's have been virtually non-existent since - so nice to be able to hang out in the backyard again! I would definitely use Sovereign Pest Control again.

Spraying was done really fast but most of the yard was not done so the mosquitoes were back within a few days.

Service was performed while I was not in the home (which was great for me). The home had several areas where mosquitos were breeding and were creating a fairly big issue. After the treatment we could not find a bug anywhere! We occasionally will have one that floats in on the breeze from other locations, but I am fairly sure that none of them are actually breeding at our property. This is the second time we have used them for this kind of treatment and I absolutely will be calling them back. I don't have any experience with other companies that provide this kind of service, but I am so pleased with the service here that I am not likely to look elsewhere!

It worked out great! They were really professional and were in and out pretty quickly. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount.

The service was okay, the guy arrived, the hose was not long enough to get to the back of the property. He said he could do a quarter acre, but he couldn't actually get to the back of the quarter acre, so he sprayed as much as he could. We are very organic, and we though the would use something that just repel them, but we started finding dead mosquitoes in the pool after that point. We were a little surprised about that. The treatment kept them away for a few weeks, although I believe it said 3 months, so it worked for a little while, and after that, we still find dead mosquitoes, but there are still a lot of them, and that probably may be because the neighbors didn't spray, so you can get them from that, they travel up to a mile. We had purchased a big deal, and they came within a day or 2. He was conscientous, he didn't spray the garden because he didn't want to spray the vegetables, because he didn't want anybody eating what he had sprayed. We always use pest control people who are organic, but he wasn't. He has a truck that has a chemical on it, and I am sure it was difficult to hand carry it, and he could not do 20 or 30 feet. He did say that if it rained in the next 24 hours, he would come back. I wouldn't use him again, because of the chemical that he sprayed, and those are not good when you have little kids around.

He called me back after the job was complete to let me know it went well.

He did a very good job and explained what he was going to do. He advised me keep my pets and me out of the yard for at least a couple of hours, so I actually waited three hours just to be safe. The mosquito population is noticeably thinner, as I can now stand in the backyard and not have to swat mosquitoes off my legs the whole time.

Basic pest control, nothing to make me praise them or complain. They were much more expensive than competitors and wanted to do contracts so we switched.

I tired to reach them 4-5 times, but they didn't answer the phone. They didn't even have a voicemail to leave a message for my request.

The mosquitos have been diminished.

It went very well. They provide professional service, are prompt and very thorough.

Treatment went well, but it rained the following day. When the man had come out to spray he said if it rained in the next 2-3 days to call and they would do it again. When I called, the woman I spoke to did not honor this.

Termites swarmed my side yard about four months after we bought our house. My wife and I were very concerned about what could happen if the termites got into our house. We contacted several pest control companies and settled on Sovereign Pest Control. The gentleman I talked to on the phone appeared knowledgeable, was able to answer my questions and was willing to have one of their technicians stop by the house the next day. Tom was on time, examined the dirt tunnels in my yard, was able to identify the termites, walked me through what he could do and how much each different kind of treatment cost. We settled on an treatment plan speifically for the house, treating both the interior and exterior. I bought some stuff to treat the lawn from Home Depot. The plan we bought is good for a year. The price is guaranteed not to rise for five years from the date we started. Tom did point out that retreatments are included in the year-long service plan. However, we would need to call to make appointments for them to come back to retreat. How often they came back depended on how often we called to make new appointments. He stated that the treatments should be good for three months. We could have them back monthly if we thought we needed it but most folks called for treatments every two months. I felt that Tom was very honest and up front with me and recomend this company highly.

Overall I was very pleased. Of course there is only so much you can do to ultimately control mosquitos because they fly from one yard to the next. We hadn't ever had this service in our own yard but wanted to try it out. We would do this again and try to use this business again. Very professional and prompt.

The first 3 times they came out it had either just rained or was forecasted to rain. Appts took about a week to get, and I didn't want to waste my money, so I rescheduled each time. I truly appreciate the techs honesty about the quality of the spray if it is wet. He told me that if its wet or if it rains within about 12 hours, the spray will not be very affective. SO finally, on the 4th try, it was dry with no chance of rain and he sprayed. He also explained that our yard was very large and would take about 4x the amount allowed by the Groupon. He sprayed the most likely areas for the mosquitos to land: on the patio, in the bushes, and on the deck where we sit. He told me to get a better effectiveness, we would need to spray the entire yard, and the spray should kill them for about 3 months. I realize that part of the problem is that we didn't spray the entire yard, but I would say the spray only lasted about 2 weeks, and didn't kill all the mosquitos, only cut back on the problem. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful, but overall I was a little disappointed because it didn't solve our mosquito problem for the outdoor birthday party we had 2 weeks later.

I signed up for the Big Deal special for Mosqito control and used it for a back yard party in september . The technician came on time, completed the service and did not try to push me into a service contract when I explained that I had a regular exterminator. I am happy with Southern pest control and would recommend them.

Once the mosquito spray was done, it rained alot shortly afterwords. We could tell there wasn't much effect, but in fairness we live on a dry creek that floods with big rains. We called and the guy came back and sprayed both yards at no charge. He seemed nice, hardworking, professional and pleasant. It was done in ten minutes each yard. My neighbor was happy with the fact he re did the service at no charge too.

I noticed that mosquitoes were swarming around my dogs when they were at rest and became concerned that there was an infestation in the yard. I called Sovereign Pest Control after seeing their coupon on Angie's List and ask several questions regarding what to expect. I was pleased enough with their answers to purchase their services. The serviceman arrived on time, identified critical areas and began spraying to kill mosquito infestations. He explained what he was doing and why he chose the areas he was spraying. The service was done surprisingly quickly and to my satisfaction. The serviceman was polite and explained his work and answered all of my questions. He asked me to move all of the dog toys and dishes out of the yard before spraying and was very professional throughout. I was quite pleased the overall experience and would use this company again for this service.

Went well....mosquitos aren't as bad. Tried to sell us on other services.
