Chelsea & Garrett are wonderful. They listened to our concerns, inspected our new home, and made suggestions for what services would best take care of our pest control needs. We love that we can call and have them come out as many times as needed for service if we experience any issues. The staff is professional, prompt, friendly and great to work with. Thanks for a great service.

I was amazed at how quickly the mosquito population decreased. Before the treatment, I couldn't stand in the back yard with my dogs without beating at my arms and legs to keep the mosquitos off. Afterwards, it was hard to even FIND a mosquito. I've used them before and will definitely use them again!

They were excellent and I was very pleased with that. I did get a bill afterwards but I have pre-paid it through Angie?s List. So I sent that note back to them and I have not heard anything from them since. We re-scheduled once because it was raining. I was very pleased with their service but it was just the billing problem that popped up that was not very pleasant to see.

They were on time, got right to work. Very professional.

The service woman, Chelsea, was here early ( a good thing since she waited in her truck). I was eager to get started, so she explained the process & went to work quietly & efficiently.. When she was done, she checked back in went over information re: pets & watering.

Scheduling the service was very trying. They cancelled on me twice at the last minute. Weeks later after purchasing the offer through Angies List online the company finally scheduled somebody to come to my place at 6:00 pm so that I could be there after work. When I arrived home at 5:30, the girl was packing up her truck telling me that she had just finished the treatment. When I exclaimed that I was supposed to be there she rudely said "What do you want me to do it over?" The treatment seems to be working but I will never use Sovereign Pest Control again. They were snotty and very difficult to work with.

It was good. There was nothing negative or positive that stood out to me. I would use them if I need a pest service again.

The yard was treated on Monday for an outdoor event on Saturday - not ONE nasty mosquito at the party! It was wonderful not to worry about our guests being annoyed and bitten by mosquitoes. I am hosting my son's rehearsal dinner in November and will purchase another treatment so we are free to enjoy the yard without pests!

They did a very poor job and they had a bad attitude. He was only at my house for a short a period of time. I would not use them again.

I have given up trying to use them at all. The office is unresponsive to our issue.

No Mosquitos for about a month and a half.

He was attentive to details and explained the treatment expectations and did a thorough job.

So first things first -- after the initial treatment, my tenants have seen ZERO bugs/pests on the property. That's really good; and for the $362, they'll come out anytime we see other pests and manage that as well. However -- $362 for what is essentially just one visit seems like a bit much. but again, it was very effective and they were prompt and courteous about getting the work done around the tenant's schedule. It was okay. They came out, but I didn't see any difference.

I learned that the treatment only lasts for a certain amount of time, and it was still a problem afterward.

So 2 years ago in-order to get the sale, the young lady made all kinds of promises, from what times they would come out and how often they could schedule.For the first 4 or 5 months everything went great and then all of a sudden they stopped showing up. Called to figure out what was going on and they said that that young lady was let go and that they did not automatically schedule you and that I would have to call in each and every time. I also explained that I was told that my appointments could all be after 6pm. I was then told that those appointments would require at least a 3 week wait. I went round and round with these folks for a few weeks when I finally told them to just cancel the contract because they failed to abide by it. They inturn called back and said they would honor the original agreement and I once again was on a schedule and Tim/Tom would meet me at the house exactly on time every 45 days. Worked great for a few more months and then it happened all over again. This has gone on and on for the entire 2 years! Over the last few months I call the day after my service to schedule 60 days out. They then have to call me back because it seems their schedules only go for 30 days. In October I was told that I was paid in full for the 2 year contract and will continue receiving service through April 2014. Today after my services were performed, the young lady said that I owed them $45.99 for the service. I explained that I was paid in full through April, to which she responded that her paperwork showed that their was a balance due! I can't say it enough, avoid these folks. They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you looped into the two year contract and then claim that the person no longer works there. The only reason they worked with me the slightest is because of my notes of dates, times of each and every contact I've made with them. Their local exterminators have always been very nice and professional and the product works! This is the only reason I didn't give the service an F!! My review is solely for the Main office staff!

He came out and told me that the chemicals that he would spray for the mosquitoes would affect the fruits and vegetables that we were growing. He was very honest about his service which we appreciated. We decided not to use the service because of this.

They provided an outside treatment for mosquitos during the summer. They came at the time that was arranged. The treatment took about 30 minutes. We were having a terrible time with the mosquitos and it did seem to cut down the number significantly. This was particularly important because we were doing some renovations and moving things in and out of the house. Doors were open and many people were coming in and out. The treatment gave us some relief.

Disappointed. Service person walked right into our home--right through the house uninvited, pass the doggie gate and not wearing any protective shoe covers (deals with pesticides)--friendly but not professional. | |The treatment was messily applied. Overall, in affective . Realize one treatment won't be the cure, but I didn't want this experience again.

I won't purchase this Big Deal again in the future. The mosquitos were back in full force about a week after the treatment. I felt like it was a waste of my money. The company was punctual, professional, and polite. We just weren't happy with the end result.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. Everything was good.

It was fine, I wasn't overly impressed but I wasn't overly disappointed either. They sprayed around outside but it was a little interesting because I bought it for mosquito treatment but then they explained that even if they were going to do it, they really wouldn't completely eliminate everything because there can be mosquitoes coming from outside of my property. It really didn't do much of anything for me. They provided the service that they said they were going to provide, it's just that right after that it was not going to be as effective as I had in mind based on the advertisement. The service didn't really worked. I probably would not use them again for that type of service.
