We have used Jacob (owner of the company) since we moved to San Antonio in 2007 and have NEVER been unhappy.  He contacts us quarterly to see if we need to get sprayed and it is always a flat rate for that visit.  In addition, he will come whenever needed (saw a scorpion, etc.) to spray in between those visits at no charge.  We also had a problem with racoons getting in our attic and he was SO helpful!  He came back for numerous visits to trap the whole racoon family one at a time with Have a Heart humane traps and he then sets them free on this land by the river.  He is prompt, professional and simply a true, honest gentleman!! I DEFINITELY recommend this company!!!!!  You will avoid all of the ad-ons and sales pitches of the larger pest control companies, and have a dependable and trustworthy man taking care of all your pest control needs!!

I'm happy with their work, they can even trap live if that's the issue. I would highly recommend them.

He was prompt and did a very good job. I was not here when they came but my wife was. He was here when he said he would be here. When they schedule and they come on time it is fantastic. I will use this provider in the future.

He's the nicest guy, the best one I've ever used. He will work around your schedule. He came to my house one day and you could tell something was bothering him. His phone would ring, he normally would never answer his phone when he was here. I know him well and I told him to answer it, he said he would call them back. When he is at your house you are his number one person and no one else matters. That is how it has been for the years that we have used him. He's a sweet heart of a guy, very family oriented, great values, great price for the work he does and he goes beyond the call of duty. We had a skunk crawl under part of our deck that we could only get to by taking part of the deck apart. He got the skunk out. He came back almost every other day after treatment to get the smell out. He leaves me a humane trap because we have a problem with possums. He doesn't charge me anything more, if we trap a possum he would make time to come whenever it is. He just makes time to get it, takes it out to the country and lets it go. We have roof rats and he goes up to the attic anytime of year and checks traps, changes traps and resets traps. He goes out of his way to do things and that is on top of the regular things he does. He's just a fabulous guy. He's the guy I would trust in my house if I wasn't here. My daughter moved into an apartment and she had an awful problem with ants. She kept calling her apartment to take care of it. They kept sending people out but the problem was still there. He went out there and took care of it for her and the problem was gone. He's just like that, he's just a great guy. He was last here to do the whole house inside and out and checked all the traps. He knows his business, he won't do something that he doesn't feel is necessary. He put treatment on the entire yard to kill grubs. I've never in the whole time he's worked here, 4-5 years, I've never had to clean up a mess from him. I have two cats and a dogs and I've never had a problem with what he uses. He's a very humble guy, he's almost embarassed when it comes time to pay him. People need to use him. We've used big companies and been disappointed in his work. I've never had to call him back because there was a problem. I had one of those 8 inch centipedes that make a clicking noise when they walk. I heard the noise in the middle of the night and found one on my floor. I trapped it in a jar and called him the next morning. He came right out and resprayed problem areas where he thought it might have come from. Then he asked if he could take it with him because it could be educational. I was flabergasted that he did that. We haven't had scorpions since we started using him. We still have geico's because he uses stuff that doesn't kill those. When we used other pest control whatever they used didn't kill them. What he uses kills the bugs, but not them. I recommend him to everyone.
