Concrete Driveway Service, Concrete Repair
He started in January and then it continued to rain. He was going to come to pour the cement but the weather would not permit it. I tried contacting him but he never responded. The police are now involved. However, he has done eleven driveways in about a mile radius from my home. The timing was just wrong and I feel he spent my money before the work could be completed. He has now cut off his phone and I did not originally receive an address.
