We had a question and then a problem with the billing. Again, John the technician was very polite, but Shelly (?) the owner took FOREVER to return calls and get the matter straightened out. It finally got resolved, but it was like pulling teeth!!!

Do not hire this company to do any pool maintenance for you. I found they were taking my parents for a ride with their service. My parents are out of town for an extended vacation and I was tasked with checing on the pool maintenance. As far as I can tell there has been no cleaning of the pool in weeks. I know this because the same dead snake is still in the catchbasin three weeks after I saw him. However it is getting harder to see him through all the algae. We made an appointment with Brett to come by and service the pool and shock it but he was a no show. He never called to say he wasn't comming by and never returned repeated phone calls. The next day he did call and when I asked him why he didn't show up or call he went into a tirade attacking me, my business (really??) and a littany of excusses. When I tried to stop him he hung up on me. Repeated calls to speak with Shelley the owner went unreturned. The receptionist however was extreemly nice and appologetic and I thank her for her kind attitude. She should get a job at a better company.
