It wasn’t real expensive and they did a great job. There were two workers. It took a couple of hours. So friendly, so nice, very professional.

Their price was pretty good. There were two people to clean my carpets. It took maybe an hour. I still had a lot of stains on my carpeting when they were done. I would tell someone looking to use this provider to make sure that they pre-treat certain areas and to be home. If I was there, I probably would have said that they missed a spot.

I can assure you that our techs pre treat every spot thoroughly before steam cleaning. I also could not even find your job in our system, plus we only have single man vans. So I dont believe it was sears carpet cleaning that had cleaned your carpets. Thank you Sears Carpet Cleaning"

I gave an "F" because no one returned next call or called me back to set up an appointment after I was told they would and an "F" for responsiveness. I would not call them again.
