The technician arrived on site in a timely manner and was very professional. He did an outstanding job and cleaned up some old wiring around the area too. He did well with explaining the work that was done and answered any questions I had. The price was affordable and I would hire him again for future AC issues.

I have been with Schmidt Mechanical, and Cameron, as my HVAC company for about a year. I had been with a so called premier HVAC company for about 8 years. I left them because of inferior service. They charged me $300 .00 for Freon and I called several places ,they told me a tank of Freon 10 LB is for 200.00! And $69.00 for service.

On a service call, it was found my evaporator coils were rusty and leaking. I could replace the inside unit with a one year guarantee or replace the entire system with a ten year warranty. I filed a service request – the furnace was not blowing hot air when the furnace / heating system was on. I put my hand up against a vent and could feel warm air, but the air was not blowing out.
