Automatic garage door went up, then wouldn't go down. Recommending San Antonio Express Garage Doors because 1) Alex answered his phone when I called (a very important first step - if a company doesn't answer their phone, I move on to other companies), 2) Alex called me back like he SAID he would (he kept his word), 3) he made an extra effort to come out same day, 4) he was able to identify and fix the problem, and explained how to prevent it in the future. Price was reasonable. All-in-all, I couldn't have asked for more, and recommend Alex and his company.

Perfect! Alex showed up super punctual. He fixed my problems easy and fast and NOBODY could match his prices. He is now in my list of reliable contractors for the future and for recommendations.

Arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done and explained each task performed as it was being done.

Alex and Emmett were very knowledgeable and professional. I called them mid-day on Friday and they were done before 6 pm with the repair after having to make 2 custom garage door springs. They have me an exact quote over the phone prior to coming and even through they did extra work and it took longer than expected, the price was still the same. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends and family.
They explained that they are not sales people, they are true repair men and they have over 40 years experience between the 2 of them.  
I am very impressed with their service and price and my wife will tell you that I am not easy to impress.

I would have to say the statement of 24/7 emergency call is very accurate with this company.
I called late on a Sunday night round 8pm, SA Express garage doors answered my call, and was at my home within one hour of my call.  Truly was very impressed with the response time.  The technician that answered my call was Alex.  He was the one that also came to my home.  He stated he would take within the hour to reach my residence and he was true to his word.
l Alex was very professional and personable, assessed my garage doors and showed me the problem.  He gave me a detailed description on the parts he will need to change, 2 springs, provided me with the cost of parts and labor.  Alex did a great job with fixing my garage doors.  He was very neat, he cleaned his work area and took all the excess trash from the box parts.  He also adjusted my motion sensors and checked my garage door motor to make sure it was running correctly.   
Overall i was very impressed with SA Express Garage Door company service.   They provided me with a prompt and quick service.  The technician that came to my home was very professional and took his time showing explaining what was damaged.  I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!
