and I have used them for both repairs and checkups since then. Everything went fine;the repair men have always been, prompt, professional, attentive and did a good job, they really seemed to care abut their work.
during the fall check up of 2012 I was offered a yearly service insurance program, which I though was a good deal and signed up for. I set it up to be paid automatically by monthly drafts from my bank account. This program included both the yearly check up?s and a discount on parts and labor for future repairs. I was led to believe that this insurance program would be automatically renewed each year until I cancelled it.
Normally the company had always contacted me by both a postcard and a phone call to remind me it was time for a checkup which i appreciated. However at the start of 2014 I noticed on my bank statement that the automatic withdraw covering their program had stopped and since then no one from their office has ever contacted me to inform me that I was either no longer in the program or the program was no longer offered. they just seemed to drop off the planet.
Bottom line, since the spring 2013 check up I have not been contacted by them either by phone, e-mail or postal card, essentially I have not heard from them since spring 2013 and consequently I have signed up with another company for my annual check ups.

We listened to three companies bid for the job and ended up with Service Experts. This company had been doing our regular heating and AC service and we knew we could depend on that aspect. They also however gave us the best quote on pricing.
Installation went smoothly except for start. Service Experts had to wait for Lennox warehouse to find our order on the morning of the install and eventually ended up getting us an upgraded system at no extra charge to us. Needless to say, that was the frosting on the cake for this review. I think we saved around $3300 on this system.
Salesman also submitted all paper work for all rebates for us?$600 from Lennox and $600 credit from City Public Service.

Presenting expensive solutions is not something anyone looks forward to, but in terms of some HVAC problems, the proper & responsible solution can be expensive. He as very courteous and professional, I explained the problem, and told him I thought it was the ignitor, since I had spoken with my neighbor, who informed me he had just had his unit worked on, and the problem seemed similar. The tech went up into my attitic and after his inspection,confirmed it was the ignitor. He said he could do the work for approx.$340.00. I then informed him that my neighbor had the ignitor replaced and was only charged $129.00, although they had used someone else. I choose this companybecasue they were listed on Angies list, and the other one was not. He recalculated and came up with the price I ended up paying.
He got the replacement ignitor and after some time,informed me, it didnot work on my unit,but that he was going to contact another tech,to see if he had the right one, and if not he would come back in the morning to install it. I asked that he inform me,if he wasn't going to come back that day. Never recieved the requested call.
The next morning he called and said he was on his way,he arrived installed the new ignitor, but the unit would not shut off,when the set tempature was reached. He told me, the resistor would need to be replaced,but he didn't have one,this was a Saturday, so it might not be until Monday. I called the office on Monday morning, since no one had called me, and was informed the original tech was on vacation, but another person would be coming out.
When tech arrived I asked if he was up to date on what work needed to be done,he said he had the work order and should be able to replace the resistor and get the work completed. He installed and tested the unit,to insure it was working correctly. he collected the balance,as I had paid the initialservice call charge.
The techs were both very professinal, and it seems the communication problems were with a remote service center, which isn't located locally.

I called Service masters and they came way out to my homes location in the county and were there by 11pm that night. and fixed it.
I now have a service contract with San Antonio Air Service Master and dumped the other guy.
for the life of me I can't remember why I didn't add a review at that time, but I was gone for two week..so forgot.
