Called and set up an appoinment,they were to call 20min.prior to arrival, recieved call saying tech.was on his way and should arrive within shortly. Called them about and hour later,as no one had arrived, they said they would check, shortly there after tech,called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived I informed him of the communication with his office and he said he didn't know why they would call, since he was at his previous appoinment. He as very courteous and professional, I explained the problem, and told him I thought it was the ignitor, since I had spoken with my neighbor, who informed me he had just had his unit worked on, and the problem seemed similar. The tech went up into my attitic and after his inspection,confirmed it was the ignitor. He said he could do the work for approx.$340.00. I then informed him that my neighbor had the ignitor replaced and was only charged $129.00, although they had used someone else. I choose this companybecasue they were listed on Angies list, and the other one was not. He recalculated and came up with the price I ended up paying. He got the replacement ignitor and after some time,informed me, it didnot work on my unit,but that he was going to contact another tech,to see if he had the right one, and if not he would come back in the morning to install it. I asked that he inform me,if he wasn't going to come back that day. Never recieved the requested call. The next morning he called and said he was on his way,he arrived installed the new ignitor, but the unit would not shut off,when the set tempature was reached. He told me, the resistor would need to be replaced,but he didn't have one,this was a Saturday, so it might not be until Monday. I called the office on Monday morning, since no one had called me, and was informed the original tech was on vacation, but another person would be coming out. When tech arrived I asked if he was up to date on what work needed to be done,he said he had the work order and should be able to replace the resistor and get the work completed. He installed and tested the unit,to insure it was working correctly. he collected the balance,as I had paid the initialservice call charge. The techs were both very professinal, and it seems the communication problems were with a remote service center, which isn't located locally.

the AC stopped working at 7pm on a Friday. I was in Dallas at the time and my husband said *his* regular AC man would not come out even tho they had just supposedly fixed it Thursday morning. I called Service masters and they came way out to my homes location in the county and were there by 11pm that night. and fixed it. I now have a service contract with San Antonio Air Service Master and dumped the other guy. for the life of me I can't remember why I didn't add a review at that time, but I was gone for two week..so forgot. **Edit: -San Antonio Air Service Experts.. They were prompt and came when they said they would. If the work created any type of mess, they completely cleaned it up and took away their trash. It was a pleasure having them work in my home

The workmen arrived on time, and completed the work in about 6 hours, which was well within the estimate I was given.Essentially, the company delivered what was promised, at the price that was promised. There was no attempt by SA A/C to change or "upsell". There was a misunderstanding about the thermostat to be installed, but when I showed the work order to the workman, he installed the thermostat that was specified. I have been using SA A/C since 2004, and my Mother used them for many years prior to that. We have always received great service at a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for routine HVAC maintenance to a complete change out.

Have an air conditioner that is not cooling. Called these people because they were rated high on Angie's list. When he called back, I was told there would be a significant upcharge for coming out to our area. Nothing on Angie's list said that and he is listed within our service area. Not the first time this has happened with Angie's list. Our area is closer to other service areas but our ZIP is listed within the San Antonio area, so there I would have to pay extra to Angie's list to get closer service. THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!

They are professional and on time. They did good when they came out but a bit expensive.

We have an old house, (circa 1927), with old double hung windows and that bedroom was getting really hot. This helped to remedy that (along with hanging thermal curtains over the west windows' shutters). The system works great. We use this company for twice yearly maintenance. We installed UV lights at both of the units to cut down on mold and it really worked. It was a bit expensive, but well worth the money. They are a good company and I'd recommend them to friends.

They were very helpful and very professional. I appreicate they work on Sundays.

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioner are on time. We have used them several times to do things for our home. They do what they say they are going to. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Their quality was excellent. I will continue to use them.

No services were performed. I called and spoke with Louise in the office, requesting a rough estimate to replace a fan motor on my heat pump. I told here that I had already paid a service call for another contractor to diagnose my heat pump problem, but the other contractor was unable to complete the repair due to being "unable" to work on my brand of heat pump. She tried to get me to have their service person come out to diagnose the problem for $99.00. I explained that I already knew whatthe problem was, and just wanted a rough estimate to repair it. She at first offered to refund the $99.00 service call charge if they did the repair. I explained that I was not interested without an estimate first. She said that she would ask the service manager to call me that day to discuss it. No return call has come, as of 5 days later.

House wasn't cooling so they came to trouble shoot. It was leaking freon but couldn't see where so topped it off and will wait to see if it works. Been working great so far.

I chose them because they were close to the top of the list on your Angie's list.

The technician showed up. found the problem and made the repairs in a timely manner. At the end of the repairs, I was settling up and presented him with the $50 off coupon, he said he wasn't sur ehow to process the coupon and since it was Saturday, he wasn't sure if anyone in the office could. He took my coupon and said he would turn it in so I could get a refund. Monday morning I called the office and the $50 was returned to me with no problems.

We were very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them.

Information in the Angie's List profile is inaccurate. They do not service Guadalupe county (or at least not the part of Guadalupe county that I live in). The receptionist was polite and professional, but it took a long time for her to figure out that I (evidently) do not live in the service area.

I used Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau to choose contractors from a list that started with about 12. I had 3 contractors bid the job and chose TEX-PERTS and Goodman equipment based on my particular needs, cost of the job, a 10 year parts and labor warranty, and my "gut sense" about the owner, who bid the job personally. He was extremely responsive to all my follow-up questions. The installation took two days and his employees were very professional, covered their entire route inside the home, and were pretty careful not to damage anything in the house. Clean-up was good. Both systems are performing fine and are quieter than the systems they replaced. The owner of TEX-PERTS completed all rebate paperwork as promised and in a timely manner. I've already recommended TEX-PERTS to two friends and feel I chose the right company to perform this work.

It went great! We got several quotes and they gave of the best price. They completed the job in a day. They have been our go to company since 2007 when we had the work done. We sign up for their bi-annual service to keep our system running in great shape. They always put little booties on their feet to protect our carpet.

In general I was very satisfies with their work. In fact they improved the placement/hanging of the ducts from the original installation. I definately recommend San Antonio Air Conditioning on Warfield.

The gentleman that came out was very professional. He gave us a good lesson on air conditioners. The only thing I wish they had mentioned up front is that they charge $29 for an estimate PLUS every time they come out to your house. If you decide to accept the services and have them do it all on the same day, then the $29 is deleted. If you have them perform the services another day, you have to pay $29 again for them to come out. Since we did not know this, they were willing to erase the charges just this time. I thought that was very nice of them.

They are pretty good, reliable and truthful. They usually tell me if I need something for my heating and AC units and also tell me if I don?t need it. I have a service contract with them and that?s why they come out twice a year to clean my units. I pay $10 a month for their service. I can call them up any day and get them out here, but I am waiting for the inspector to come out and check the gas leak problem that I have.

All of the technicians are competent and friendly. The receptionists have always been friendly and accommodating with my schedule. They are always prompt for their appointments.
