I hired satx and it ended up costing me both time and money. First they failed to pull the necessary permit, which led the city of san tonio to shut down the reovation. I had to spend a significant amount of time abd money fixing their poor workmanship and the lack of proper permits. Stay Away from this company

ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! Don't trust this company SATX REMODELING or anyone by the name of Andrew or Andy Hunt he has taken thousands of dollars from clients and the work has not been completed, he has been fired by several clients as well. There are lots of witnesses to back up this comment.....if you need proof or help we are here to answer your questions.....the clients are putting together a suit...don't sign a contract with him unless you read it first! it's very important.....his company's contract states that you can not sue him and you must mediate first at $125 dollars per person per hour......please be aware.....this is not slander this is the gods honest truth!

Rebuilt our firepl

SA Remodeling is a very trustworthy company; very focused, very detail oriented. The owner David made sure that he was on site daily to check work progress. He was very good with communication and keeping me abreast of any repairs as needed. David was very open and honest about fees and costs. The crew worked quickly and expeditiously and did an amazing job. David is very detail oriented and made sure that we were happy with his work! I am amazingly pleased with his work and plan on recommending him. Hire them with confidence, they will do great work for you!

Do not believe the hype!!!! David came out and refinished our cabinets. Then we gave him another job to demo and install new ceramic backsplash. This took him 2 weeks to do. He would not come when he said he would. Would disappear without saying anything. Tell me he would be at the house at a certain time then never show or answer my phone calls. He had a guy come with him to do this work, and it was half ass at best. I also wanted David to touch up my cabinets and he gave me grief. He wanted to be paid as he was completing the job - never do that. Hold the money until you are completely satisfied. I have had to have another company come out and fix his half ass work on my backsplash. David accepts work, and then finds guys to help him. His guys quit and he keeps taking more work and does not complete in the timely fashion that he tells you it will be done. Please take this as a warning, do not go through the hell that I have......

Excellent and professional work

David was great to work with. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

David is doing beautiful work. There have been some challenges but he does his best to work through them. I know the house will look beautiful when he is finished. Price great for the quality of work he does. I would recommend him and use him and his group again.

Mr. Avila does excellent and professional work. He painted the entire interior of our home and took great pains to carefully and cautiously move and protect our furniture. I would highly recommend his services.

David was very easy to work. He arranged his work around our desires. He did an excellent job and protected our newly installed floors perfectly. His painting looks very professional and he helped us put everything back in place and even hung pictures and mirrors. I would definitely hire him again. Very reasonably priced.

David did an excellent job. I liked him so much that I hired him to do additional work. He textured and painted my kitchen and bathroom. He is very handy at other jobs like retrofitting an existing cabinet for a new appliance. The stripping and staining he did was superior. I just hired him to do more work like installing new baseboards. He also can install low voltage lighting so your house looks as beautiful at night as it does in the day.
