"We apologize for the damage unfortunately damages do happen from time to time although we did hire a 3rd party to repair the scratch to the table. Unfortunately, customer was not completely satisfied with repair job. So we took further action and refunded $75 to compensate for the scratch. Which as a company we believe this was more than fair for this situation. All customers are obligated to sign and review our state regulated contracts before our employees begin moving, in which the contract offers additional insurance available for purchase if customer wishes. Thanks for your business and honest review. We continue to move forward and improve as a company."
