Outstanding.  Damon Benedict is a great guy and a straight shooter.  Damon walked us through the whole process/project and was very patient with our myriad of questions, and was really willing to work with us.
The bid was competitive, his expertise and knowledge of the industry and the product was incredibly helpful, his demo and installation crews were very fast with their work, and the final result was simply stunning.
Can't say enough good things about this company and Damon.  I highly recommend River City Flooring.

I had two companies come out and give me a bid for new wood flooring.  A friend of the family had highly recommended River City Flooring so I had one of the owners, Damon Benedict, come out and give a bid.  His prices were significantly better than his competitor (who is also highly recommended on Angie's List).  I had met with Damon at his showroom to look at all the flooring options and he then took me to two homes they were currently installing wood flooring in.   We have 3 fireplaces, three plaster pillars and 2 floor electrical outlets the installers would have to work with, so I wanted QUALITY installation done otherwise they could really ruin the look of several of my rooms.  To say that I was impressed with the work they had done in my house is putting it lightly and I am not necessarily the easiest person to please.  

Damon was a pleasure to work with and the guys under his employment are extremely professional.  The electrician who Damon works with is one of the nicest men I had ever met.  He even came out on a Sunday, before his bible study began, to help with a problem I was having with new electrical outlets I had to get installed. 

I had a great experience with River City Flooring and plan to use them in the future for on my staircase, hallway and media room.

Went great. Crew was top notch.  They installed hardwood in dining room, living room, master bedroom, hallway, and stairway.  They removed tile from the hallway.  It took them two days from start to finish.  The stairway turned out real nice.  All the cuts were clean and precise.  No need for trim to cover the joints.  These guys are good and their work is excellent.

The installers did a great job. Totally cleaned up everyday. Put all furniture back in place and placed felt pads on all of the furniture. The floors exceeded my expectations. They look great.

They gave us wonderful advice. Knowledgeable, professional and reliable.  The only recommend I would make is to aquire a little more patience.  Matt was our salesman and I can understand him getting a little impatient with our difficulty in making a decision, but that is something the client should never see. He should realize that this is a huge investment on the part of the buyer.  Other than that he was very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely use them again.

We met the owner, Damon Benedict, at the recent home and garden show and liked him immediately. He was informative but not pushy and was able to show us several examples of his work. He came to our house personally to take measurements and provided a detailed estimate of the anticipated cost. He suggested (again no pressure) that they replace our existing molding with a higher profile molding which we ended up doing.
The installers arrived as scheduled and worked diligently until the job was complete. I'm pretty picky but was truly wowed by the quality of the work. The lead installer, Juan, was amazing, and his second in command, Ernie, was very good too. The flooring installation was outstanding and the new molding transformed the look of our home. The white stair risers were equally impressive.
After addressing the few punch items we had for them, the installers continued to fine tune their installation for an additional couple of hours! Truly amazing attention to detail. We are very happy.
One final note - River City did not ask for any deposit or payment until the work was complete, and there were no surprises between the original estimate and final cost. I think that's pretty telling about the company and their values.

We scheduled the work for October 20, 2014.  The crew that came out, did a fantastic job.  The site foreman, Adrian, had a young crew of two, Jorge and Ruben.  These guys are young but they were absolutely top-notch in their work.  They demonstrated an admirable work ethic and professionalism that is not seen much these days.  Their attention to detail was superb.  If I asked them to look at an area of concern that I had, they quickly and politely addressed it.  They were considerate of our existing furniture and handled them with care as the moved it around to do their work.  It took them three days to complete their work.  At the end of each day, they cleaned up after themselves and kept my home and yard tidy each day they worked.  The stairway work was a work of art.  Have received many compliments on my stairs.  The materials used is as good as anyone can expect; very top quality. 

The work was completed on October 22, 2014.  I'd recommend River City Flooring to anyone that needs new flooring.

Great, vendor honored quote that I had received 6 months before at a garden trade show.  Floors looks great and are holding up very well.

The 3 man crew sent by Kyle was excellent. They were not only prompt to arrive but worked throughout the day with hardly a break. When they completed the job that same day, they cleaned up the area and offered to move all the furniture back. My husband observed their work throughout the day and was impressed by their skills. Our floors look great and we will use them again if we decide to do hardwood in the bedrooms. I highly recommend River City Flooring.

These guys are outstanding.  My wife met them at the Home and Garden Show and set up an appointment.  Damon came out and showed his product and we went over all the deatils of the installation procedures.  We selected River Center Flooring from several companies.  I checked them out on Angies List and was pleased to see the positive comments.  Now, the crew was like a well oiled machine.  They have been working together for quite a while.  Damon called them the "A Team" and the name fits.  The quality of workmanship is evident in the hardwood going up the staircase.  I'm a construction worker and I know good work when I see it...The price was acutally less then what I expect for this project.  And I didn't put up any money until the job was completely finished.  That alone, tells me this company stands behind it product.  For all my flooring needs these are my guys.

Matt responded to an email I sent almost immediately. He was very accommodating with our schedule and came out during our inspection to give us a quote. He measured the entire house and gave us wonderful information/education on types of wood flooring. He provided a very detailed quote the same day. We decided not to use him only because we decided on another color of wood. He was very professional and helpful, especially since I was clueless about this area of remodeling. Thanks Matt!

They did a great job. They were excellent. They were friendly and on time. They did the job all in one day. The job was beautiful. They cleaned up. They were cheaper than another company. They were a wholesaler so we got high grade product for less money. We got hardwood floors for about the price we would have gotten laminate floors at a big box store. Everything was wonderful about them.

They again showed up exactly on time.  He spoke with us before beginning to find out what we wanted.  He worked very hard, kept the area clean, laid the flooring perfectly and cleaned up after the job was complete. He was very professional, informative, and respectful.  He finished the job quickly.  We are very pleased with the floor and the work he did. 

We would recommend this company and would use them again.

The guys showed up on time - exactly on time.  They asked us about how we wanted the flooring installed.  They worked without stopping, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after the job.  They were  professional, informative, and  answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the completed job, and we used this company again in March for another room.

Installation was done by another contractor.  Personnel at River City were courteous and very knowledgeable about their products.  We received exactly what we ordered. Our experience could not have been better.  I recommend them highly.

The team was amazing and quickly tore out all of the carpet while moving the furniture around from side to side of each room. They began to install the floors and by the end of the first day they had done about 2 1/2 of the rooms.  The next day they came back and started working on the 3rd room and the stairs.  They finished installing the floors and then began cleaning them and caulking against the baseboards.  The end result was more than we expected and we have had numerous compliments from friends and family.

Awesome!  They were very good.  Very efficient.  Prompt.  We had a minor issue and they came back and fixed it.  Another contractor saw the work and said it was well constructed.  Very pleasant to work with.

Matts crew was absolutely amazing. The quality of work was superb, and their prices were excellent. Matt and his crew worked with our hectic schedule to get the job done with no complaints. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone. We could not have been more pleased.

It was great! I had 3 contractors come and give me bids, and Kyle's bid was the best as they charged the same per square foot for installation, but they didn't nickel and dime you for everything else PLUS they moved the furniture (I just had to remove all breakables) where the other contractors told me I had to move everything.

The morning the work was to begin, I got a call from Kyle telling me the crew was on their way, and were here within 30 minutes and got right down to business. The crew was great with moving furniture, making sure not to damage walls or the furniture. With this type of work, dust and dirt is to be expected, but they made sure they cleaned up the living areas before they left the first night and cleaned up when they finished the job the next day.

I am really pleased with how the flooring looks and the baseboards really make everything "pop".

If you are redoing your floors and want a company that gives you a great value for your dollar, along with doing great work, the call Kyle.

It went great and we were very pleased with the end product.  They removed all the old flooring, leveled areas as needed and installed the new flooring, hardwoods and tile in over 1,500 square feet of the house.  This was accomplished in just over two days.  They moved our furniture around as needed and also installed all new 4" baseboards, painted and caulked, which really gave the areas a new and custom feel.  We were very impressed with the crew.  They were very professional and always on time.  They cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old materials.  It was quite a transformation and we were very pleased with the entire process.  The actual cost was lower than the estimate which is always good news.
We would highly recommend their services and products and plan to use them again when we finish remodeling a few more areas of our house.
