replacement windows
 + -1 moreThe process was exceptionally smooth. We had already done research on the different types of windows, so we had a general idea of what we wanted. We just didn't know which company would be best for aluminum windows. After talking to Rick Heath he suggested we look at Don Young Windows. They only sell to contractors, but by looking at the website we decided these would be the windows to get. Rick made the buying of the windows painless by taking the information to the company, and placing the order for us. The company then provided us a breakdown of the invoice over the computer, and we gave them our credit card number over the phone. They emailed us a receipt. When the windows were ready for pick up, Rick called and set up a time to come over for the installation. They were always on time, and Rick answered all of our questions. Rick is one of THE best contractors we ever hired.
Description of Work: Rick Heath removed 23 old single pane windows, and replaced them with new double pane, argon filled, low e/clear glass, energy star ones. He does not sell the windows, but he does window replacement. He measured each window and provided the information to the window company. After the windows were made, Rick Heath picked them up and had them installed in two days. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves as they moved from window to window.
