I used Richter Tree Service and it was excellent! I was selling my home and moving away, so I needed the grass to be maintained and the yard cleaned up while preparing the home for market. Mr. Richter was the first pro to contact me. He came to my house the next day and was prompt for the appointment. His services were reasonably priced and he did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. It made a huge difference and the house looked great when it was put on the market. Even though I have since moved out of state, I highly recommend his services to anyone in the San Antonio area. He is fair, honest, and does great work.

I needed to get some tree work done. I saw the details of Richter Tree Service in a local advertising magazine. I called them from my mother?s house. When the guy from Richter Tree Service answered the call, he told me that I owed him money. I told him that I was not the lady who he thought I was. I told him that I had called him regarding some tree work. He continued talking about the lady who owed him money and went on to give me the details. I was put off by this and I told him that I wasn?t interested in dealing with him as he wasn?t very nice to me. He told me that he was fine. I ended the call by telling him that I would get back to him, which I didn?t. He had my mother?s phone number and he called me back 5 times. He tried calling me for a week. He left a couple of messages for me. He was extremely aggressive. He was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I tried to ignore him because I didn?t want him to come into my house.
