Fast, efficient, great job cleaning up.

Everything went well except we explicitly requested that they leave the bottom portion of the trees behind as we would like tu cut them up for use as firewood. The project manager was wonderful. He said it would be no problem and even offered to have them cut in the appropriate lengths for firewood. Imagine our surprise when they were packing up to leave and all parts of the trees had been removed. Once again we spoke to the lead gentleman who had remembered our request. He was kind enough to offer to bring some firewood from one of their next jobs to replace what they had taken with them. It has been two months, no further phone calls have been received, and no wood returned. Other than that one glitch, yjey did an excellent job and were fast and efficient.

The Republic team responded to my email as i had prepaid for two hours on Angie's list and they came out and surveyed the project and then returned two days later to complete the job. One team worked in the tree while others worked on the ground. They chipped everything and left the area clean. I could not have asked for anything better. I was totally satisfied with the service and level of professionalism. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

Wonderful! The team was prompt, efficient, polite. They wasted no time in getting the job done, and they cleaned up everything. I really appreciated Scott and his two very pleasant helpers. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again when the occasion arises.

Scott and his crew did a wonderful job trimming a large oak in my small garden home yard! They arrived when they said they would, were fast, efficient, and cleaned the yard very nicely. Scott was great to work with, and his crew were all very nice and were pleased that I was happy! I highly recommend them!

It went very well . The crew came at the scheduled time and worked fast and efficiently . They properly trimmed the trees and removed lots of moss balls . The trees and yard look really good and the sun comes thru . Very good company and workers . Thank You for a great service .

Perfect execution! From the initial walk-around to identify which trees needed what pruning to the on-time and very efficient work by a clearly experienced crew, the completed work was excellent. We will certainly use Republic Tree Service in the future based on the super experience we had with them. Used an Angie's List Super Deal ($199 for $400 worth of tree work), which made the experience even better!

Very well. There was one hiccup because the crew didn't understand the extent of what was agreed to, and several trees weren't lifted that should have been. This came to light at the end of the half day (afternoon). We discussed it and agreed on a date to come back and finish, and the work was completed. There was no pushback over the mis-communication, just an apology for the mistake and willingness to make it right. Overall good experience and I'd use them again.

Went fine. Scott was very thorough and nice to deal with. He scheduled a visit with us to find out what we needed, look the job over, and give us an estimate. Then scheduled the job, which went without a hitch.

I was very much impressed with the high quality service. The owners spent a lot of time talking with me so that they understood exactly what I needed, and then they actually stayed during the job and checked back to assure that the work was satisfactory when completed. Very nice and knowledgeable people as well. I will definitely call them again and would highly recommend.

I bought the deal 199 for 400 worth of tree service. Emailed and called but no response. Have requested refund from Angies List.

This job was done to the highest standards possible. An A+ is completely deserved in each category for this company. I have never had any home improvement project done which impressed me enough to write a review. The entire crew operated in a professional, courteous and positive manner, which made working with them very pleasant. However, the real value is that this team is exceptionally skilled! They understand the proper way to trim trees. Having used a well known national tree service in the past to trim our trees, we are able to compare them to the way Republic Tree Service did this job. The Republic Tree Service crew approached this job with a very positive attitude, care and vision. They didn't just come cut branches and go. They took care to make sure the trees looked good without compromising the tree's health. And when I requested a couple of additional items to be done, their attitude was completely accommodating. Even the clean-up was done to a meticulous level. The small cuttings and other debris were cleared out, raked or blown to a pile which they removed. We wholeheartedly recommend Republic Tree Service to anyone interested in having the trees in their landscape trimmed to restore the beauty that these gems of nature offer.

The men from Republic Tree Service arrived on time, went right to work on my tree limbs, and then when they finished, they cleaned up the area of all the debris. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Both the owner and manager were here to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I have only praise for the efficient and professionalism of their work. I highly recommend them. I will have them come back soon to cut out all the ball moss out of my oak trees. Jeanette

Republic did a great job at a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend. The work crew and owner showed up on time, were professional and quickly completed the job to my satisfaction. They pruned three oaks, two palm trees, and cut back shrubs that surround the foundation. All debris was picked up and hauled away, including raking the grass for limbs and twigs and clearing the roof.

This company is wonderful!!! I contacted them in the morning, they came out that same afternoon to give an estimate then did the work the next day & I didn't have to be home. Amazed at how quick & attentive they are and did a wonderful job!! I'd give them an A++++ if I could. I'll definitely use them again and will recommend to all my family & friends!!

Scott and his team did a good job. The job was completed in a timely manner and he did a good amount of work for the price. Clean-up was thorough and they painted the cuts.

I initially called ANOTHER service and received a quote of $4200. (Not include cutting the two oaks). Feeling dismayed, I called Republic,left a message overnight, and was promptly called the next morning. The estimate was set up for that day and luckily, due to a cancellation, I was able to book the service for two days later. On the day of service, Scott (the owner) walked around the yard and verified what was to be done and again, upon completion, to be sure everything was satisfactory. Everything was cleaned up and left very clean. I really appreciated their suggestions. Although I hated to remove the two smaller oaks, there was root damage from our home build and they had not put any leaves out at all. Simply put, they looked dead. The other service really tried to convince my husband they could regenerate them with heavy duty nitrogen blasts and extra plant feedings (with added costs). Scott explained why he thought they were dying and we agreed with his analysis. Our yard looks lovely now. I am extremely pleases and now a lifelong customer and can't wait to begin with the rest of the landscaping. His prices were BEYOND reasonable and with all the work to be done, I thought for sure it would be an all day job. Again, Scott and his team surprised me. They arrived around 1:30 and were finished about 5:00. Incredible. As a note on the price, the trees to be cut were $100 each. All the other trimming came out way cheaper..$800 (approx) compared to our other estimate (from an angieslist vendor) of $4200.

Great. Scott came out to provide an estimate. He had suggestions about how to care for two of the trees. The crew arrived on time with Scott there the entire time. They trimmed the trees, removed the fallen branches and cleaned up completely. The work was excellent and the price reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would hire them again.

We have 4 medium sized oaks on our property. Scott came by and provided us a fair estimate. He gave us some good information providing more nourishment for a couple of our trees and gave suggestions on the best trees to plant in Central Texas. Republic came by and pruned and lifted the canopies off our trees. They were fast and cleaned everything up before they left.
