Redline Air Conditioning & Heating LLC

A little over a year ago by drain line from my AC clogged the pan started to fill up with water. Being new to Texas I didn't know who to call but found Redline was nearby and had strong reviews. I called and within 2 hours they had someone out to clear the clog and get us up and running again. When I asked for the price, I was shocked at how reasonable it was, especially considering they came out in such short notice. Flash forward 1 year and I just used them to replace our 15-year-old central AC and furnace. Again, great service, pricing, and communication all around. I highly recommend them for anything HVAC.

Called Redline at 8 AM, they showed up at 8:30 AM, unit fixed by 9:00 AM. WOW

They did a really good job. We had like 5 different estimates. I think they weren’t the cheapest, but I didn’t want to go with the cheapest. I got 5 estimates on the system and them and one other guy pointed out something that the others didn’t even address. I thought that was one of the reasons I went with them, because just seemed more thorough, I guess.

Brian, West, and Ricky were wonderful! They were great communicators, they always showed up on time, and they acted very professionally on the job. Redline was affordably priced, and we received a great product! The guys always cleaned up after themselves, and we never felt like we had to babysit them. There was a slight mechanical malfunction several months after the unit was installed. We contacted Brian, and he showed up promptly to address and fix the issue. He even had the manufacturer's representative come out to the house to assess. We couldn't be more pleased! Our home is now cozy and happy because of Redline. We definitely recommend them!

Everything went as anticipated and they were able to use existing materials, per my request, to perform the job efficiently and without additional cost to the bid. The overall result was a clean re-installation of my outdoor compressors to a new pad.
