RC3 Pressure Washing

I talked to Roland on the phone and he said that he would come out on Sunday afternoon to give us an estimate.  I stayed home just for that, but he never came or called.  I have not heard from him since.  We went with someone else who did a magnificent job.  (See my review for Art Pacheco with Heaven's Best under Carpet Cleaning.  Art cleaned our carpets and did the pressure washing.)
As an aside, I am so tired of providers who don't show up or call.  There was another review of RC3 that said they didn't show up.  If I ever see that comment again on a review I will not call that provider, regardless of whether they get high marks on jobs where they did do the work.

He is a hardworking guy with a great business. He has great price. As a matter of fact, I've already arranged for him to contact me in March to do another job. That guy is great.

Blank line statement, no words to describe the service I received, this day-and-age hard to receive service provided, not only with a smile, but after work was complete, owner said if not happy-no-pay-and still have a great day. THE TRUE AMERICAN WAY... I have never written about a company but I was so smitten the words are written. CEO's of large companies can learn valued lessons from this little engine that will!

I called Roland on a Friday afternoon to see if he could come out and give me a quote. He said he would be in my area on Sunday afternoon and that he could call me then to give me a definite time to come by. I was worried he might forget, but on Sunday Roland called me to set up a time to meet at 5 p.m. He was right on time. He took a look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote on the spot. I thought the price sounded good and he had his equipment with him so he was able to start the work right away. It took them close to 2 hours to complete the work and boy, what a difference it has made to out home! They cleaned it up very thoroughly. They didn't have a ladder to reach one section of the brickwork on the house, but came back the next day to finish up the job. No big deal. We are very satisfied. A few of our neighbors saw the results of our home and ended up getting work on their sidewalks/driveways too. Overall, Roland and his partner were very courteous and professional. We would use them again!

Roland and his crew did an outstanding job, finished all work as was contracted to do at our house.

.Roland was extremely careful and did not damage any of the stones. He had to go out and purchase a higher ladder to do the work. He and his helper arrived when he said they would and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company. They have been in business for over 14 years. This young man took over the business from his father. He is married and has a family. Very industrious.
