Called and immediately got a same day appointment. Prompt arrival and excellent service. I was very impressed.

I had Matt come out and install a water softener for our home. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. He answered all of my questions and explained everything about how the softener is going to worked very thorough. He gave me a lot of options as to what sort of softener I could buy and there was no pressure about buying one that he could sell me, or supplying my own softener. I ended up buying one from him (which is actually made from a local company, Alamo Water). I watched him install it throughout the day and he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I can usually see when people take shortcuts to make their job easier and he didn't. Call Matt (the owner) if you have any kind of plumbing issues and want an honest, and thorough job done.

Wow! Great plumbers. Called Quest Plumbing after a very high estimate from a large company. Matt came right out. Matt was very honest and explained everything, gave an estimate much less than the other guys and said he could start the next day. The next day Matt and assistant showed up on time, extremely clean & professional - beautiful shiney new truck with complete inventory of parts. Upstairs bathtub faucet would not turn off all the way and the tub was not draining well so we had to turn the water off to the house the day before to prevent flooding. This is the original tub and faucet - so about 20+ years old. I had 2 plumbers out a year before regarding the slow draining and they said it was in the plumbing itself and needed major renovation to repair so I had put it off. Matt and his assistant replaced the faucet without having to tear up the orignal tub tilework (as originally thought) because he went the extra mile and took the extra time, deciding to going thru the back wall to get to the faucet. I was extremely impressed! It was a lot of work and took a little longer than Matt had thought but it was so worth it to not have to replace the tile. Then Matt noticed the slow drain, investigated thoroughly, and discovered it was something wrong with how they had origninally installed the drain and the tub. Matt got out his welding stuff - worked on something for a while (I am not good at plumbing jargon) and fixed the slow drain! amazing... I will recommend Matt and his crew to anyone for any plumbing needs. They are a rare find, honest, dependable, trustworthy, hard working and just really nice likeable guys. I will call them again without hesitation.

I like everything about them. You call him, he answers the phone. He says he's going to be there, he shows up. He gives you a quote, he sticks to it. He actually completes the job. You just can't find that in San Antonio.

Called Matt after getting a quote from a large plumbing company. He was very honest and up front about what supplies would be used. He was using a much higher quality of parts and did the work according to code. He had another set of hands here to help him and they were finished in a couple of hours.Matt even returned later after I called and inquired about decreased water pressue, the water softener was the culprit. It needs to be replaced.(Will do later and make another report) I would not hesitate to call on him again when in need of an honest quality plumber.

A slow leak in the water closet appeared to be coming from the wall, but there was some question as to whether the toilet gasket was leaking. Matt took the time during the first phone call to take some information and attempt a diagnosis, and based an estimate on the information available. Of three plumbing companies contacted, Matt was the only one to make the effort to come up with a reasonable estimate prior to the house call. Toilet gasket was replaced, with no further apparent leak. Cost for repair closely matched estimate. Next day, leak was still present, still appearing to come from under wall. Plumber was called, returned as soon as he was able, arrived exactly on time. On re-inspection it still appeared the water was coming from under the wall, and an extensive search was planned, involving sheetrock destruction, etc. Prior to beginning, he took another close look at the toilet and found a hairline crack in the toilet tank. The toilet was replaced promptly, problem solved. The thing that stood out to me was his voluntarily subtracting the cost of the first visit from the second. He was prompt, professional, clean, and competent.
