After the Texas winter storm hit we had our main line coming into the house was busted on a fitting so called the office on Tuesday and let a message, my call was returned on Saturday morning said they would be out the next day. Arrived promptly on time and repaired the pipe, even reinstalled the insulation around the pipe. Knowledgeable in what they were doing and very nice. Will make them my only plumbing company

I have called on Quest more than once and each time they were prompt, honest,, professional, and Definitely know how to fix problems. Even picked up on the presence of a gas leak throughout the house. Fantastic Professionals!

They sent out a plumber to give a free quote. They renegotiated their quote when I told them it was to high for the work. They then did the work promptly.

The part we needed had to be ordered, then we had a scheduling conflict, but we worked it out and completed the job. It took longer than expected, but Clint went above and beyond to get the job done right. He even went out of his way to help us with another unrelated household problem we were having.

Fast response and very professional. First thing they wear the plastic shoe cover before entering the house, during remove and install the kitchen faucet, they have the bucket and put big drop cloth down, after the new faucet installed, they even checked the pressure on the water softener tank to make sure everything is connected back in order. cleaned the area up upon leaving the project, Clint and his helper did a wonderful job. Very pleased with their service.

They were pleasant on the phone, an did not initially have any openings (day before 4th of July weekend). However, they called back a couple hours later and were able to squeeze us in. The plumber (James) showed up on time, cleared the clog, charged a reasonable rate, cleaned up, and was pleasant to deal with. He even tied up my dishwasher discharge line to keep the dishwasher from holding water from any future clogs. Definitely a trustworthy company!

Matt and his sidekick made two visits to replace leaking faucets, and returned to complete installation of a new sink, kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, water filter system, and replace tub drain. damaged sidewalk with backhoe stabilizers...should have placed plywood over concrete before setting the stablizer arms...gouged the pebble sidewalk...otherwise good job
