the house is 120 years old and the boards needed replacing so the prime gutter company sent over a carpenter and then came back to put up the gutters - all went well, they were punctual, communicative and professional. The gutters still may need some additional wood work to make them perfect so they offered me an additional run out if necessary and they said to keep my final payment until it was perfect. Great work - thank you

Now a days, it's hard to find a good company with good prices. They were responsive to coming and emailing me a quote in less than 10 min. Price was reasonable, did not actually feel the need to get a second quote since the quote was reasonable for the work offered. Installed about 50 ft of new 5 inch gutters, leaf guard across, about 2-3 feet in another section, and 3 downspouts. The team finished in under 2 hrs. If you show them an angie membership they will give 10% discount.

The new 6 inch seamless guttering looks great. We had never had gutters on the back side of the social hall at church. The community gardeners wanted to collect rainwater to use in the garden, but there wasn't any gutter to collect the rainwater and divert the roof runoff to the rainwater collection tank. Billy Craft was on time to do the estimate. His quote was a few thousand dollars less than "commercial" gutters from another company. We were able to schedule installation for about a week later. The crew arrived about 1/2 hour their scheduled arrival window - not really a problem. They got right to work. Watching them install 98 feet of seamless guttering was a sight to behold. They did a great job. Three downspouts, including tying into the rainwater tank and they were done. They also replaced a section of existing gutter. Scope: 91' of new gutter, 16' of replacement gutter, 4 downspouts, 91' of EZ lock leaf guard.

The installers, Robert and Ariel were very professional and answered any questions I had during the installation. Linda, the office manager promptly handled all the paperwork and was super throughout the entire process answering any questions before and after the installation. They came out and gave a complete estimate with an Angie’s List discount. Although the they were not the cheapest, you cannot beat the quality nor the warranty that they have. They came and installed gutters on the entire house including leaf guards on the gutter that had a tree over it and cleaned up their mess.

OUTSTANDING RESULTS! Andrew and Billy did a masterful job of replacing our entire roof and gutter system with a hail-resistant system that will last a lifetime—fully guaranteed. Both of these professionals were prompt, courteous and diligent in meeting my lengthy list of expectations and requirements. The pitch, elevation and size of our roof is challenging, but Andrew and Billy were more than up to the task. They came out to our home multiple times before we signed a contract just to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. They never tried to up-sell me anything; in fact, the opposite is true—I decided I wanted “above and beyond” materials to be used to create as strong a roof as possible and they searched high and low to find the materials I requested even though they advised me it was likely “overkill”. I appreciated their candor as much as I was impressed by their expertise. They came out after the job to address clean-up and a couple of damaged items, the latter of which they repaired/replaced quickly without argument or complaint. They continue to stay in touch as of this writing to ensure everything is as it should be. I can honestly say Andrew and Billy both exceeded my expectations and I give them and their company my highest endorsement...truly A+/5 Stars!

It was an unpleasant business experience but they eventually installed gutters that look great. My house has angled (sloped) fascias which requires a part called a gutter wedge between the fascia and gutter to prevent sagging. Four companies I got bids from, including Prime Seamless (PS) sales rep Danny, agreed gutter wedges were necessary, and standard industry practice to install. However, when installation was nearing completion I discovered no gutter wedges were installed. Danny told me wedges could not be installed without gutters looking bad which was an untruthful attempt to get me to accept faulty work. Did I want gutters that looked good but were not supported or did I want gutters were supported but didn’t look good. He wanted me to accept what they had done and take consolation that they have a 10 year warranty. I sent photos to other companies and my roof installer, who all opined my gutters would sag if not removed and reinstalled with wedges and I told this to Danny. PS owner Andrew then called me and offered to remove and reinstall the gutters with wedges which, after much stress, was welcoming to hear the company taking responsibility. PS removed all the gutters and reinstalled them with wedges. Andrew wanted the balance immediately. I told him I wanted a reasonable opportunity (less than 48 hours) with daylight when I could get up on a ladder to inspect the work before paying the balance. Andrew did not like this but I told him I would not authorize payment until I got to see work was acceptable. Based on Angies List reviews, gutter installers seem to forget to install screens that the home owner cannot easily see. I inspected the work and discovered screens that were pushed down into the gutter where leaves and acorns could get stuck. I texted photos to Danny who said he would correct them that day, and eventually did. But before Danny corrected the screens, without my approval, PS charged my credit card for the balance (over $1,900). I recommend any one doing business with this company do not give PS your credit card number for the $100 deposit because after they have charged it once they can charge it again anytime without your approval and this is not considered fraud (according to USAA). Your remedy is to dispute charges but I did not because upon final inspection I was satisfied with the work. Considering their initial resistance and deception to correct their installation errors, and the stress and extra time that I lost from work due to this, and unauthorized use of my credit card I would not recommend this company. I see a lot of positive responses on Angies list and I’m disappointed that my experience was not as good as others. Overall: D Price C – PS bid was same as 3 other company bids. Quality A – final install looks great; but it wasn’t done right the first time. Responsiveness D – due to initial unwillingness to accept responsibility for incorrect first install Punctuality: C – arrived at 1 pm instead of between 8 and 12. Professionalism F – it is unacceptable to charge someones credit card without approval.

"Sir We are sorry for the job not going 100% as smooth as you wanted it to go, however there are a lot of discrepancies with your story and timeline. You have a standing seam metal roof and it was brought to your attention that installing wedges on angled facia while having a standing seam metal roof is very difficult. While wedges were definently discussed it was also noted we use wedges at installer discretion, if you look at your estimate, there was no charge for these products to be used. It was also explained, the types of hangars we use are stronger than your average gutter company's hangers and wedges would not be needed, that is when we explained if you DO see any issues you DO have a 10 year warranty. At the end of the day Andrew let you know he wanted you to be happy and agreed to do a complete re installation of the system. And [Member Name Removed] you were happy at this point with the resolution. You were scheduled by Andrew for Jan 8th, Andrew then called the next days clients and got you scheduled for the NEXT day almost two weeks before you agreed to the 8th. I am not sure how you can say we were not punctual. That day when the installers came back to our shop Andrew called you to discuss the re installation and again, you were happy and he asked if he could run the card in fike. You expressed concern and stated you were sick, and you wanted til Saturday to inspect and if you had any errors that you noticed you would call in or text Danny your rep. This was A Thursday. You then said we were authorized to run your card for payment on Tuesday after the 2nd because the first was New Year's Day and we would not be in the office. Your account was notated and on the 2nd Linda the office manager ran your card as agreed. Tuesday at around 9 or 10 in the morning you text danny with a photo of a piece of leaf gaurd that was. It sitting in the gutter correctly. We were in a managers meating and Danny was IMMEDIATLY sent to your home to correctly this smalll over site and Was done that day. Again we are sorry for your experience not being what you wanted it to be but we did our best and did everything you asked us to do within 24 hours or far less. Thank you again"

Got company representative to stop by our house. He indicated that job is too small for them, which it is understandable due to the area that needed gutters. Still requested bid and was promised to share bid. No response to date since October 19th. Keeping promises is important for businesses and it is OK to say no if you don’t want to bid for job.

They installed my gutters in 2 hours and did a beautiful job. Joey hopped out of the truck as they were backing out after they had completed the job and helped me carry in my recycle bin from the road. Above and beyond. The estimate was very easy and informative. At no point was there any high pressure sales pitch. Scheduling was very easy. Homeowner doesn't need to be home during installation. There were a few items left in the yard from the installation, but other than that there was nothing to complain about whatsoever.
