Richard was very professional to deal with. His crew was meticulous during our installation. I gave them a B on punctuality because they were late on the first day of the job, but we're on time for the remainder of the project. The job did last longer than we had anticipated, but that was only because we were waiting for new molding to come in.

It was pretty good. There were some areas where they needed to come back and finish. Price was kind of high. I had contacted them numerous of times. I would probably not use them in the future.

The men were prompt arriving, clean, courteous, and totally skilled in what they needed to do. The work was done totally to our satisfaction. We would definitely ask Richard Cavazos and his staff to assist us at any time in the future to install flooring in our home. Top notch company.

Any large job like this is going to have some hiccups, but all in all, this experience was very positive and the outcome is great. Richard and John consistently followed up when they said they would, they were very hands-on related to the work, and the finished and cleaned the house as promised. The wood floors are beautiful, and the new paint throughout really brightens up the house. The house looks brand new! We would definitely use Pride Floors in the future, and highly recommend their services.

Richard was able to get our work done quickly as we had another contractor disappear on us when he was supposed to begin his work. His guys did an amazing job in our master bath, which we needed to have re-tiled to sell. We sold our home very quickly thanks to their great work in the master bath. His workers were on time and Richard came by to check on their work and make sure everything was going smoothly. Richard also gave us the 20x20 tile for the same price as the 13x13 since we were in a time crunch and the 13x13 was out of stock. I would definitely recommend Pride Floors for any future flooring project.

Richard and his team were top notch!  Called them for a last minute new carpet install with company coming in to town.  They were so nice and got the job done in a few days!!  We will use them again when we replace the rest of the carpet in our home!!!

The entire Pride Flooring crew is meticulous, professional, and extremely hard working. Richard and Jonathan came to our home and showed us some samples and took measurements and came back with a very reasonable price.
When his crew showed up to work, they draped plastic and cordoned off the areas they were working in to control dust. We had a lot of tile to remove, and these guys worked very hard for 2 days to remove it and level the floor before installing the new stone.
The installers were excellent and the new floor looks amazing. Pride Floors isn't the absolute cheapest company in town, but in my opinion, when you're making a long-term investment of this size, price is just one of the factors you need to consider. We couldn't be happier with the service and the results!
 

Richard installed tile and laminate flooring all throughout the house. He did an excellent job. His workers were very prompt and polite and finished in the time they estimated. I would highly recommend this company.

I had oak laminate flooring installed in two offices.  One office 192 sq ft and the other 216 sq ft total estimate was $1773.09 including labor and base cove.
One of our offices had some rain damage that required pre-treating and then finally finding an acceptable quote to replace the flooring.  The team even applied a slight base coat of cement to ensure the flooring would have no problems during installation.
I would definitely use and recommend this company again.

I thought it might work out nicely but he never responded even after multiple attempts to contact him via Angies List. 
All that I really expected was a courtesy email, if he was too busy.  I wasn't ready to book the work  till early September anyway.  
He made me feel that my project was below him, since he never even responded.   When I let a contractor enter my home, I expect them to be upfront and professional.  That includes sticking  to their word.  
I wanted a simple bid for a bathroom, if it was too confusing for him, he could have called, emailed, or Angies-list messaged me. 
Instead I got nothing, no replies, no bids, no calls.  Its been a month and a half. 
I hope nothing terrible happened to him, he seemed like a nice guy.

The tile installers were great. Clean, fast and a good looking job. The plumber setting the toilets was also fast and a good job. All in all, a great experience.

Richard took the time to match the existing wood floor and our carpet sample. His crew showed up on time and installed flooring before we moved in. I would definitely use Pride floors again.

Well, this is one carpet company I will refer in the future.  Came same day to give a quote and worked with me on price and dates/times of install.  And when the big day arrived, I was advised they would show up at 9am and they showed up at 9am on the dot!  Never have I experienced a contractor or service person show up at the exact time they promised.  They got the job done without issue and my floors look wonderful!!!!!  5 Stars!  Very Pleased.  Thanks Richard!!!

Richard came out to the house and took measurements then I went to his showroom and selected a couple of samples that I borrowed. I made my decision and he came back to pick up the samples, write contract, schedule the installation and I gave him a deposit. He sent his crew to replace the dining room then they returned the next week to complete the rest of the project. His crew was great at moving the big heavy pieces of furniture as well as disassembling and reassembling the bed after completion. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about his product and I liked the extensive options at his showroom. The showroom was easy to find and well organized. I liked the fact that I got to personally work with him; the owner. He explained the features and benefits and I was extremely happy with the work and quality of product that I received. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family, which I already have! I felt like he added an extra personal touch by coming by the house to do a final inspection. He even brought me a hardwood floor dust mop and cleaning solution that was best for my flooring!

Beautifully! Richard, the owner was very responsive to our desires. He was honest, courteous and worked with our schedule. His crew were on time and very good at what they do. They also had the best prices. We shopped 5 other similar business. By far, Pride was the best.

It is incredibly professional run. They are knowledgeable, timely and have a fair price. It was an excellent installation and they were clean and neat. It was perfect.

FANTASTIC JOB. Very competitive prices but the install was what impressed me the most. The crews were extremely professional and even volunteered to help move things while moving in. We had picked out a very expensive hardwood floor and completely happy with results. Very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend Richard.

They did a good job.  The installation was good and clean.  They cleaned up afterwards.

Richard originally came out at the request of our insurance company. Two prior contractors had looked over the floors and recommended to install new wood rather than sand and re-stain the existing floors. Richard came out and did a thorough inspection and explained along the way what he was doing. He reported back to the insurance company with his recommendation to replace the wood floor rather than sand and re-stain. Him and his team did a wonderful job of removing the old floors and doing everything to replace the flooring with as limited impact to us as possible. The job from renovation to completion was done in about a week and we love our new floors. Richard had us come out to his showroom and provided samples for us to look at. We were between two options and he let us take home the samples to look at in the home and make our choice. We would happily chose Richard and his team again for another project.
