I called to schedule an appointment and a representative came to the house to discuss what options were available for window tinting. He brought samples so that we could see how the end product would look. We made our selection and scheduled an actual date for the tint installation, which occurred about 2 weeks later.  The installation team arrived as scheduled, installed the tint that we had previously selected, cleaned up all debris from the install, provided instructions on how soon the windows could be washed, and left us witih contact information in case we had problems or needed assistance. The tint looks the same today as it did when it was installed and it does reduce the heat inside the house caused from the afternoon sun.

Shortly after purchase I contacted them. and set up an appointment. They were prompt and efficient.
Had to change a dimension of film to accomodate older and larger windows which meant returning to their supply source .
One man stayed and worked while the other worker picked up the material so virtually no time was lost. 
They did a great job. Film is invisible and really helps keep things cooler

Had all windows on the side of the house that gets the late afternoon sun tinted. Also added the tinting to our bedroom area,& breakfast area. The estimate was right on and the work was completed in a professional manner. The installer worked independently, and when done for the day took all trash with him ( I offered to put in our trash can). It's been approximately one month and we are very happy with the product. We have decided to do the rest of the windows after the Holidays.

Everything went excellent.  The owner came and spoke with me regarding my options on the type of film to use.  There was no pressure to upgrade to a different product.  The installers were there within the next couple of days and it was great.

This company was one of the best I have ever worked with.  From the time they came to provide an estimate until they finished the job they were professional and punctual.  The quality of their work is without equal.  In addition, the lady who answers their phone is one of the nicest persons you will ever talk to.  I would strongly recommend this  company if your thinking of having windows tinted.

From start to finish, the work was done perfectly.

I am very happy with the look and energy efficiency of the solar window film as well as the service I recieved from Premier. The guy who came out for the estimate was punctual and friendly as well as knowledgeable of the product and its performance. He was not at all arrogant and did not rush through the estimate. In fact, I asked if he would measure 7 other large windows in the living/dining area and he gladly did so with attention to detail. He also explained each level of film and the differing performance of each as far as how much light and heat it would block. I decided to stick to the deal and not spend any extra for the time being so we discussed which film would best serve my needs for each of the 2 rooms where the film would be installed. One room faces west and the other faces SW. Both have always been the hottest rooms in the house - almost unbearable during summer unless we turn the a/c down to about 70 degrees. One side of the house is like an ice box and the other an oven! After measuring windows in both rooms, the total was just barely over 50 feet but there was no extra charge which was great. We decided to go with the 50 film in the west facing room and 35 film in the other room that faces the street. We setup an appointment for install on a Saturday since I work weekdays and it was supposed to be that weekend after the estimate but I had to cancel and reschedule. When the install day arrived, I got a call about 3 hrs in advance from the same guy who had measured and done the estimate. He said the crew as running behind about 2 hrs and would not be out until about 6 PM and it would take up to 2 hours. He apologized for the inconvenience and seemed sincere. The crew actually showed up before 6 pm and finished under 2 hours which was nice. They were very professional and courteous and also apologized right away for being late. They said they were overbooked that day but would work quickly yet carefully. As they were bringing in the equipment, we were trying to move furniture away from the windows and they said not to worry about it that they would move furniture and remove window treatments. That was very nice since just a week prior, we had carpet cleaners come out who quickly told us they wouldn't move anything. The crew finished up and asked me to come inspect the job. They informed me about the lifetime warranty and what to do in the unlikely event that  bubbles or leaks occured. They didnt try to upsale the other windows or anything. They again apologized for the inconvenience of being late then picked up their equipment and even moved the furniture back and put up the window treatments. The next day it was almost 100 degrees outside and when I got home at about 630 pm i went to both room with the solar film and immediately noticed a remarkable difference - both were not just cooler than before, they were pretty much the same temperature as the rest of the house! When we are ready to spend about $1000 for the windows in the living/dining areas, we will definitely consider Premier.

BADLY.  IN PURCHASING ANYTHING LIKE WINDOW TINTING OR WINDOWS OR GLASS FOR WINDOWS, VISIBLE TRANSMITTANCE, SOLAR HEAT GAIN COEFFICIENT AND U FACTOR MUST BE CONSIDERED.  NO INFORMATION REGARDING THESE SUBJECTS WAS GIVEN.  IF THE DECISION HAD BEEN MADE BASED ON BEING PROVIDED THE NEEDED DATA I WOULD NOT HAVE UTILIZED THIS COMPANY.  HOWEVER, THE DECISION WAS MADE ON PERSONALITY.   UNLESS THIS YOUNG MAN CAN BE TAUGHT BASIC MANNERS DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM.  INSTEAD OF SMOOTHING AWAY ANY OBJECTIONS TO MAKING THE SALE, THIS GUY PUT AS MANY STUMBLING BLOCKS IN THE WAY AS POSSIBLE.

The 3M product they used to reduce UV and temperature was very new, and has been a terrific barrier to the damaging light. It has also greatly reduced the heat build up during the day, and the tinting is hardly noticable. They were prompt and professional in every way. We are also considering a security coating they have that provides light protection, but also makes it very difficult for breaking and entering. They are a great with great products at a reasonable price.

The workers arrived on time and did a very nice job. They removed metal frames prior to installing the film to ensure a good fit. They were meticulous in their measurement of the film and installation of it. It looks great and we have had no problems at all since installation. The film works as advertised and reduces heat, uv and glare in the room. It has made a difference in heating and cooling costs.

It was a big job. They were very good. The owner was very personable and very professional. He was wonderful. The job turned out to be great. They came back out to do some repairs because there were some problems with one of the windows. They were really prompt and responsive. I had received a couple of other estimates, and their quote was right in the middle. I was pleased with that. I would use them again in the future.
