STAY AWAY. Phantom billing, random charges, and they will sell your account to collections agencies without talking to you. Charged 3 hours and 5X the price of the thermostat to install it. Wouldn't talk to me about it and I had been a customer for years. Got too big I guess. Stay away or they will cheat you. $1000 for installing a thermostat. $50 thermostat, and 30 minutes of work. I would warn everyone to stay away.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I needed Water heater and water softener work done in my home. I couldn't believe that this company had reliable employees that were willing to come work during coronavirus. They were professional, on time and did the job right. So grateful for service companies such as Premier Comfort. Don't waste your time dialing another number.
