Contractor was running late but we received a call in advance of the windows we scheduled to inform us. Upon arrival, he was extremely professional and went the extra mile to make sure the garage door was operating properly. He also provided maintenance tips to prolong the life of the other components. He did push unneeded services and service price was excellent.

Had replacement garage door installed. Salesman and installer were prompt and courteous. Didn't try to sell me more than I wanted or needed. Would definitely use them again.

They came out and serviced our door. He was honest, competent and did extra work at no cost for safety reasons. I had bad experiences in the past with garage door companies (trying to upsell various items) and decided to try Service Master's rec. They did not disappoint and only recommended what we needed. As an aside, they were not the first to call, but were able to come out the next day. Hill Country Overhead Door called immediately, but did not have any next day openings and were supposed to call to let me know if they had any cancellations. Got a call a week later when they originally said they could do the service -- I had already gone with Precision. Also, Hill Country's quote was higher than Precision. Recommend Precision without reservation and ask for Ryan!

Good but pricey...

The company sent a very knowledgeable person and answered all of my questions concerning the repairs of my garage door. The repair person gave a couple of options, reasonably priced. I chose the one that had the lifetime guarantee. There was absolutely no pressure in taking this offer. Within the hour, he had completed the job and cleaned up any mess the task created. Besides being knowledgeable, he was very friendly, honest, and easy to talk to about the subject. My garage door works better than ever. The new components will extend the life of my opener's motor. I recommend this company to anyone who needs their garage door repair.

Gave me some recommendations that saved me considerable time and money in the future. People say you can't get customer service like this anymore but this young man totally proved that theory wrong. He could have just done the job initially without saying anything and I would not have been the wiser, but he took the time to help me out. He did this despite the fact that he would have to make another trip to my house three days later.
