Terrible. This company put us over 6 weeks behind schedule on closing for my client, they did not get proper documentation at the origination of the loan to process it in a timely manner. They waited till we were 3 weeks behind closing to ask for documents that should have been requested upon pre-qualification. The MORTGAGE BROKER repeatedly "did not know" how certain processes that the underwriter requires were conducted, note: this is something that Mortgage Brokers are provided in writing when it comes to requirements they must have to do loans in accordance with the underwriters. They were extremely dishonest. In fact upon SEVERAL occasions they falsified information in the loan process without getting factual information from my client. Upon several occasions they just would not answer the phone at all when we were in stressful situations with the loan. They withheld documentation for several weeks that should have been delivered at the time of origination and then told my client to sign for the date that it was originally created, not the date of delivery.
