Platinum Custom Pools & Landscaping

We scheduled an appointment to have him come out to the house to start our design. He no showed for the first appointment, but called the next day and appologized and said he would make it up to us, so we scheduled again. He came to the house, talked to us for over two hours and took measurements. That was almost 4 weeks ago and we haven't heard from him since. Given the other reviews I have read and his lack of follow thru, we will surely not let him take on something larger in our yard. We have had three other companies all come out and given us designs within a week. I wouldn't waste my time with this guy, also he seemed like a total used car salesman to both me and my husband.
