The technician sent a photo the day before so I would know who to look for upon arrival. Chuck was extremely personable, professional and friendly. He cleaned the requested areas and the carpet looks great. I highly recommend oxi-fresh.

They did a great job on my stairs and hallway. This area was a problem area for me. The room was done very well. I am happy with their work and would hire again but what I recommend is that they inform the owner to vaccum the room prior to the shampooing of the carpet.

The cleaning took less than an hour...he explained the process..the pretreatment...and that it would roughly take over an hour for the carpets to dry...he was super friendly :D

They were very professional on the phone, and very prompt at the scheduled time. Our serviceman was friendly and professional. He performed the cleaning of our living room, office, a bedroom and hallway quickly. He also gave me helpful tips on keeping the carpet clean. I would definitely employ Oxi-fresh of Greater San Antonio again.

He called ahead to let me know he was going to be late. Was 45 minutes late. Did a very good job once he arrived, was professional and worked with me as far as cleaning around large furniture that I could not move. For an extra fee I had one room cleaned with a special pet treatment to remove pet odor from the carpet, which it did. Overall I would use them again.
