We were very pleased with the way this job was done. The technician arrived on time, the second trip he made. The door was already selected and was installed very quickly, finishing in less than two hours. The garage was cleaned after he finished and he took the old door and hardware away. We have had only one minor problem since the installation.

The work crew seemed very experienced, because the job was done by lunchtime, without any complications. They were well behaved and showed us how to disconnect the door from the automatic opener, to open or close it manually, if it was necessary. All the old hardware, and door were taken away, and the garage cleaned up. The new door operates with greater ease, than the old one and it looks ten times better on the front of the garage.

The repairman originally came over to replace the whole door. After examining the situation, he determined that it was unnecessary. His honesty saved us six hundred dollars. The spring replacement took less than a hour, and he took all refuse with him. He was also very personable, and gave us his card for when the door did need to be replaced. When that time comes five years down the road, they will get the job, simply for being honest with us.

My call was returned quickly and they came out the next day and fixed it on the same day. We were very happy with their attentiveness and their work. They explained exactly what needed to be repaired and the cost upfront. We've had no problems since.

Overhead Doors is a good company. They have a good reputation. They knew right away what the problem was and what need to be done. They didn't try to oversell us, which we appreciated. They were prompt and got right to work. They explained how the opener worked and set it for us.

Overhead Door did a great job of installing my garage door opener. The last one broke so I called these guys and they came right over and knocked it out in about an hour. I thought that they did a very good job of explaining everything to me from how it works to how to work it. I was very pleased with their service.

Overhead Door was great. We had no problems at all with them. They came out on the scheduled date and on time. They did a great job because we have not encountered any problems with the doors. The gentleman was nice and helpful. We even have a remote for it.

Overhead came one day to give us an estimate which I compared with several other companies and found to be reasonable. Since they're a reputable firm, we hired them, and they did the job in a few hours. We've had no problems with our doors since.

The double garage door was not working properly so I hired someone from Overhead garage door come to take a look at the door and they did a thorough inspection. The service man was very knowledgeable and informed me that we would need to replace the motor. He removed the old motor from the garage door, installed a new half horsepower motor as well as the retractor spring. The company was quick to respond to my call and the work was very efficiently done in a few hours.

Overhead Door did a good job. This was the first time that we used them. We were very satisfied. They came out on time. The serviceman was really nice and worked hard. We have not had any problems with it.

I BENT MY GARAGE DOOR SO BAD IT WOULD NOT SHUT OR OPEN. OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY REPLACED THE DOOR AND ADJUSTED MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE TECH WAS VERY NICE,ON TIME AND FINISHED THE JOB FAST.

OVERHEAD DOOR CAME OUT ON FRIDAY APRIL 1, TO MEASURE FOR MY DOOR, AND RETURNED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TO INSTALL IT. JOB WAS COMPLETE WITHIN 2 HOURS AND DOOR WORKS GREAT.
