I heard about Sherry from multiple friends who had purchased window treatments from her and were very happy with the results. She does not advertise and gets all of her business by word of mouth (and she's got lots of business!).  She could not have been more professional or great to work with - responsive, punctual, and generous with her expert advice.
I was not sure what I wanted for my window treatments, so Sherry reviewed the options and helped me narrow down to the best few ideas. She provided excellent advice on the things I should consider in making my choice, with the specifics of my living room in mind. She actually recommended a less expensive option than what I was originally thinking, because it would not have worked as well with the way my windows are positioned. She clearly had my interests and budget as the priority. I was very happy with the selection process and felt confident that with Sherry's design expertise I was getting the most ideal window treatment for the 6 windows in my living room.
Window treatments are expensive no matter where you get them, but I found Sherry's pricing more competitive than the big box stores - and with her you get much more expertise and experience in installation.
The window treatments were expected to be delivered in 3 weeks, but they came in in less than 2. The man who installed the shades was great and had them done perfectly in short order.
Sherry also provided me with pre-filled forms to send in for the manufacturer's rebate that was being offered on the products I purchased. It could not have been easier.
Sherry provides excellent customer service, and I am very happy with my new living room window treatments. I highly recommend Outlooks to anyone.

I recently had shutters installed on three windows and I am very pleased with them. There are made of a white washed wood and look beautiful in my home. There were two windows done and a sliding glass door had shutters installed called ever glide. I would recommend all these people as being very professional and knowledgeable in there areas of expertise.
