No job is perfect no human is free from error with that being said when there is a problem at a job Oscar the lead on all jobs steps right up to rectify the situation. What more could I ask for. He is always up to correct an error on his part and the expense associated with. Very fair and professional has the best attitude and team that supports him. Rebecca is his assistant that takes calls and follows up on the administrative tasks she is on point and also takes the calls so no voicemails and if there is she is prompt to call back and email.

Oscar and his team did an outstanding job and my new floor looks absolutely wonderful. Eddie, who did most of the installation, was there on time everyday; even early some days. Took time to move and cover furniture. Although there was minor damage to one piece of furniture, Oscar, took full responsibility for the damage. Oscar, truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the job. I highly recommend Oscar and will call upon him for any future flooring needs.
