I had a rental home which I was selling as a ?FOR SALE BY OWNER? property for the past two months and was feeling doubtful that I would be able to sell it.  Fortunately I received a call from Cynthia Vasquez/Oakwood Group who expressed an interest in my property.  I received her call on a Friday afternoon and scheduled a visual inspection of my property for the next day.  The very next day Jaime and Cynthia Vasquez/Oakwood Group arrived on time to conduct the inspection and provide an on-the-spot proposal. 



After much consideration of their proposal and another buyer?s proposal, I elected to sell to the Oakwood Group.  In reviewing their proposal I concluded they had done their research and had experience in the home buying business.  Cynthia and Jaime Vasquez promised and delivered all terms of their proposal.  Their price was very fair and reasonable not to mention the transaction was conducted in a very short time. It took 7 calendar days to close the transaction from the time the proposal was offered to closing on my property.  The transaction  was handled very smoothly.  Overall, the Oakwood Group exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need to sell their property.
