The job went very smooth as the handyman came to my home on time both to evaluate the project, the approximate cost and provide a timeline for completion and arrived on-time to complete the project.

Luis was extremely professional and easy-going with all the little hassles that popped up in the day with the installation of our cabinets. He worked for over 9 1/2 hours to complete the job today and was so wonderfully responsive when we initially looked for an Angie’s List carpenter. His price was on par with the installer we used for the same job in our kitchen; Luis just did it in half the time and with more cabinets to install. We highly recommend Luis and will look forward to utilizing his excellent work when needed in the future.

Everything went extremely well. Luis replied quickly and came out to provide a quote. His initial quote was based on replacing damaged wood, but when he started working he found the entire enclosure needed to be replaced. Luis was very honest and showed me all the rotten wood before he continued with the demo. I appreciated his work ethic and professionalism. He kept the work area clean and he put everything away at the end of the day. It ook him 2.5 days to complete the work. I am very satisfied with the final work, especially the repair and paint on the column. i will hire Luis again for all of my handman work.

Excellent. Fantastic. Awesome. We had a long list of repairs that were being required in relation to the sale of our home. I had a great experience with NS Remodeling for paint work so I asked them to do all the list of repairs. Wow, what a great job they did. They knocked out all the repairs in a day and a half and the bill was half of what I was expecting. They gave me a detailed receipt of all the work done to submit to the new buyers. I was truly shocked at how reasonable the price was. Super nice and very trustworthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Awesome. Paint job was perfect. He took his time, did it right, and even went the extra distance to install some designer boxes for me to complete the look. The old paint was dark and required two coats of new paint to cover and Luis didn't complain. The paint is perfect, the job was well done, and Luis was a pleasure to work with and my family liked him and felt safe with him in our home. His rate was really reasonable, especially for the amount of time he put in to do the job right. We were so happy we had him do a floor plank repair in another room. He completed the job and it was perfection. I can't say enough good things about Luis and the quality of his work and his general demeanor as a person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Louis was a pleasure to work with... He was punctual, eager to work, and cleaned up after himself everyday... His prices were fair, and his work is precise... We were required to purchase supplies (paint/caulk/sandpaper) beforehand which was our first time doing so but it was no problem at all... He worked nights which we thought might disrupt our evenings at home but he was so clean and quiet we forgot he was here half the time... We were very comfortable having him around and by the end of the job we were sad to see him go... We highly recommend Louis and will absolutely be calling him back when we are ready to move forward with phase II... *Cost of service does not include supplies...

Two days before Christmas... only six days before moving out of the house... I was desperate to find someone who could complete a 2-3 day job within that time frame, despite the holidays. Enter Luis from NS Remodeling & Handyman, who called back within an hour of my inquiry (despite being approx. ~10:30 p.m.)! He showed up right on time for an estimate the following morning and started the project the same day, finishing within the projected timeline and estimated cost. The work was great, and saved my buns to get the house ready before moving out! Would recommend to others and hire again!!
